Tried the baklava based on other reviews. Yes indeed it was delicious. My daughter is a pastry chef and gave it a thumbs up. The owner Mertada is also very sweet and kind. Will definitely be back.

I was visiting Sacramento over the weekend and wanted to pick up Afghan meal plus dessert. I stopped by around 9:30pm on a Saturday evening, and I guess I got lucky. They had freshly baked baklava along with some house-recipe cookies. So glad I stopped by and will do so when I’m in the area again!

Visited the most charming Middle East bakery today and stumbled upon the perfect cup of coffee! The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air. It was truly the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious cup. If you're ever in Carmichael, I highly recommend checking out this gem of a bakery. You won't be disappointed! ☕️????
