Mountain Mike's Pizza

I call earlier prior to my arrival enquiring about the lunch buffet. The guy who answered the phone told me it's Monday through Friday from 11am - 2pm.

I arrived at 12pm and ask for the lunch buffet the lady behind the counter said we normally do the lunch buffet everyday Monday through Friday from 11-2 but today we are not doing it!

Don't tell people you offer something weekly then don't offer it when someone walks inside!

That's false advertising!

I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

Now if you want to go to their buffet here you would have to call ahead to see as they only do it on certain days and what are the chances that you call and they say yes it's on the day you call and go and for them to tell you we don't have it at all today?

They need to do something about this immediately!

I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza for pickup. They said 30min. I was there in 25. The pizza was ready and seemed like it had been. It was already cool and getting stiff. It's not cheap - considering i was early picking up, it's a disappointment

Great pizza just like the rest a fountain Mike’s pizza this one is really clean here and well maintain pizza is amazing

I was reading through the reviews before I started mine because I was surprised at how low the stars are. A lot of the negative reviews looked like they were meant for one of the other locations in the Sacramento area. If you’re going to waste your time writing a negative review about a one time experience, use your brain and write it for the correct location.

I’ve worked at this location before for quite sometime. The pizzas never looked bad, and this is a very clean restaurant. This is one of the very few pizza places where they do their dough and other ingredients fresh daily. If you’re going to write a negative review about a one time experience, just eat a frozen pizza. A lot of you sound like a bunch of Karen’s.

This business is family owned. They make an honest living. Something not everyone does nowadays. Working in fast food/customer service is very challenging because you deal with rude people, every day. A lot of people come into restaurants with this entitlement attitude towards people that work in fast food/restaurants, so of course it is a big challenge keeping a smile on every day, throughout the day.

Even if you had one bad experience, it’s not fair to sit down and write a negative review about it. There is not ONE restaurant that will be perfect every single time to every single customer.

Be supportive of businesses, especially in today’s economy. They work hard to get where they are at.

Also complaining about not getting a pizza delivery at 830pm is ridiculous lol. A lot of restaurants close between 7-9pm.

I ordered some food to go since they were one of the few places open for Thanksgiving. I got myself a small pepperoni pizza (which is more like a medium-sized pizza) and wings. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it was decent. The wings were good. The price is a little bit higher than I think it should be (which is why I rarely ordered pizza from Mountain Mike's in the past). Everything I ordered was accurate and looked great. The pizza wasn't greasy.

Parking: Small parking lot, maybe 10 spots.

The worst pizza I had. The dough wasn’t cooked all the way through and the garlic bread is dry. Absolutely terrible and it’s not a cheap place.

This place is nasty and rude with very poor customer service very slow service. Flys in the salad bar dirty floors. Sacramento food and health services needs to get on this place. I wouldn't recommend eating here I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try but I should have known by the no customers ever coming here it's always dead totally red flags beware.

Came here for the lunch buffet but they said they're location ends the lunch buffet at 1pm. I asked the guy why their menu doesn't adjust that because it clearly states ends at 2 pm.

Not happy with the response from staff.

Got a large snowy alps extra crispy and it was perfect and the delivery was quick - no complaints
