Great food, nice people, fast service
I am literally in shock how people explain this place as rude and unclean. Before, it was a little unclean but any supermarket would've had that. Now, the staff are helpful and nice, the whole area is clean, and if you want fresh food and also tasty food, this is your go to.
The shiryakh is wonderful and delicious. My children loved watching the man make the ice cream. My favorite dish was the Bolani. I would give this area 5 stars, will be coming back for more.
Polite and very good service
Good food. Must try
The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Afghan flavor! The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the lady with the hijab who served us was so kind, respectful, and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful experience — I’ll definitely come back!
It has very rude employees.
They have the worst customer service. If you have a problem with restaurant staff and take it to the owner. The owner with clearly tell you I am busy figure it out with the waiters.
We called the restaurant answer with tons of attitude like the food is free. They don’t even know how to service their customers. I kept going there for the past three years. NOT ANYMORE.
I ordered Qabili but I was disappointed when I saw how small is the portion, it’s not even enough for 1 person, the rice wasn’t fully cooked, no vegetables on side, no bread nothing just less than half a glass rice with few carrots and raisins.
The guy who makes the sheryakh is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to speak to women. He is so full of ego that if you simply ask for your sheryakh in a cone, he argues and says, “No, I won’t make it. If you want it in a cup, then yes—otherwise no.” Eventually, another worker managed to convince him to give us the sheryakh, but the amount he served wasn’t even half of what a cup usually contains.
My suggestion is that you start caring about what your customers want. We don’t come here to argue, we come to enjoy.
Restaurantji Recommends
The food was good, but the service from the person making the ice creams was really rude and unprofessional. It definitely ruined part of the experience. No matter how good the food is, customer service matters, and that needs to be worked on.
During my recent visits to Sana Market, I have repeatedly experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff. Employees have demonstrated rude and disrespectful attitudes toward customers. It is evident that they lack proper training in customer service and workplace professionalism.
Food is okay. Customer service and sanitation very bad. Also they don't provide price per item on the receipt for both grocery or restaurant which is not okay.
Fantastic chicken kabobs in the new restaurant in this grocery store. Generous portion of bread and meat, cucumber salad with unique and tasty mint dressing. I will be back with family.
No costumer service at all and so rude
I don’t recommend this place for anyone
