A great selection of goods but the store is very run down and the staff are very dismissive of anyone not of their culture. Very disappointing.
I am very disappointed. I placed my order and when I tried pick up my food, they are telling me that you never called to place an order, although themselves called me and confirmed my order. Bad customer service and poor management.
Very unprofessional and poor customer service. They can’t even take an order. They never ask for the name when you place the order. I have been a customer since the start. The owner doesn’t know anything about the management or customer service. This ain’t going to last long if you really doing a business. The owner himself needs to learn how the customer service works.
We had a disappointing experience with this catering service. The food was not ready on time, causing unnecessary delays and stress during the event. Timeliness is a critical aspect of catering, and this lapse negatively impacted our schedule and the overall flow of the event.
While the food quality may be acceptable, the lack of preparation and punctuality makes it hard for me to recommend this service. I hope they address this issue to improve for future clients.
Unreliable Service and Ruined Event
We had an absolutely terrible experience with Sana Market. We trusted them to prepare food for a large gathering of 65 people, and they completely failed us. The food was supposed to be ready by 5 PM, but they were shockingly unprepared and delayed by almost an hour. By the time we finally got the food home, half of our guests had already left due to the absurd wait.
This wasn’t just a simple mistake—it was a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. They ruined what was supposed to be a special event (Khatm-ul-Quran), and their inability to meet the agreed-upon deadline caused embarrassment and disappointment for everyone involved.
If you’re planning a big event, DO NOT rely on Sana Market. Their incompetence and unreliability could cost you much more than just a delay. I would give zero stars if I could. And yes, I posted this on their Yelp as well.

I would give it one star if I could worst service ever. I ordered ahead on the phone and when I go in they say that I didn’t place my order correctly and that I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready if I wanted it

I’ve eaten at Sana Market a couple of times, and I have to say I’m disappointed. The last time I ordered the Karyi, it was full of bones, and I could hardly find more than three pieces of meat. I hope the management pays attention to this issue. It would be great to see improvements in the quality of the food.
I would have given 5 stars because I like their food, but they overcharged me and claimed the prices had gone up without updating the menu, which I consider misleading. Additionally, the food we received was completely different from the pictures on the menu. The menu stated it would come with salad and rice, but neither was included. Very unprofessional.
