If you’re going to be open til 2pm then let your customers eat in peace, after all I paid over $15 and even tipped. Don’t vacuum around me while I’m eating, prior to closing. Poor business etiquette. I finished my bagel in my car.

I don't use the word 'always' too often, but this bagel shop ALWAYS knocks it out of the park! They consistently give excellent service, boss-status bagels, and are quick to get your food to you. The Pretzel bagel and Everything are my favorites
I have been coming here for years and today was the best customer service I have ever received. I was greeted right when I walked in with a huge smile. Type of energy we all need when walking into an establishment. He also took my order. The young man was named Eli. Very informative and so polite. He made the whole experience well worth the drive out.

Start your day off with the wrong order here! Line was out the door, waited over 8+ minutes for my bagel that I asked to NOT be toasted, such a simple easy request. Want to guess if when I got to my car the bagel was un toasted like I asked, of course not. Now I've got a yuck, runny cream cheese melt bagel, thanks guys 👍🏻

My first experience was not very good. I go in almost three hours before closing time, and they have no plain bagels. I didn’t even see them making any, and if they did they could’ve offered me to wait until they were done. My second experience, which was by far the worst, I asked for two plain bagels and a coffee. I asked for both UNTOASTED and a caramel coffee shake. They give me one toasted bagel and one untoasted, and then give me an iced chocolate coffee. I asked them to remake my coffee politely, and they give me a chocolate coffee shake, still not caramel. And to make it better the ice machine wasent working. I don’t know what’s up with this place.

Went for breakfast, disappointed with the bagel (bacon, avo, tomato) I got wasn’t toasted and felt soggy. My son’s bagel had so much cream cheese as well…Very unpleasant.
