Very rude lady on the phone. Terrible customer service. I am a regular at noahs and i frequent this location regularly and never have i been treated with such disrespect before over adding a side. I have been getting the same order for over 9 years and never had an issue before today.Then once i received my order Not only did they not add the side. They did not put cream cheese on my bagels.

My wife loves their pumpernickel bagels. I don't like using the word "addicted" ... but you get it. Best bagels on the planet. We visit often on Mondays for their box of 13 for $9. And the employees are the best. Always an amazing experience. Also try the egg sandwiches and egg burrito. Are you hungry now?
I come here once or twice a week with the kids for breakfast before school and the staff is always on it.
