Let me say this clearly — these cookies are next level. The peanut butter cookie nails the texture: chewy center, crisp edges, and a rich, nutty flavor that elevates the classic. But the standout? The crazy cornflake cookie. It’s a brilliant combo of marshmallows, chocolate, and crunchy cornflakes — sweet, salty, chewy, crispy — all in one bite. Absolute must-try.

Kellie was organized and communicated promptly, she created the cake to match the wedding colors with amazing sugar flowers that looked alive, and she was extremely helpful with the quantity and dessert selections. She even made the cutest cupcakes for the rehearsal dinner! Palette Cakes is not our “bakery around the corner” but we will drive there for all our special occasions desserts or just when we're craving one of Kellie's sweet treats.

Kellie was already booked for our wedding weekend because of our own fault in waiting too long after our tasting to confirm with her. She went above and beyond and offered to still make our cake and our wedding coordinator transported it for us! Kellie was so easy to work with, friendly, kind, communicative, and oh my word what an artist! I gave her free rein to use her talents and design our cake. I just told her the vibe of our wedding and examples of what my bouquet might look like. Our cake was truly a work of art and everyone raved about how delicious it was! Our top layer was gluten free and let me tell you, a week later when we returned from our honeymoon, still so fresh we devoured it!
