Pancho Villa BBQ & Catering

Pancho Villa catered a baby shower for us last month and fed approx. 50 people. We loved the tacos, salads, churros and agua frescas that they brought! The quantity of food was more than enough for the number of guests we had. They quickly were able to set up at the party venue before the start of the event. We hired staff to serve the buffet line. They were so kind to assist in cleaning up plates at the end of food service. I would highly recommend using Pancho Villa for your next event!!

Food was proportional to takeout container but was bland. It fit in the box with plent of room to spare. I was disappointed. I know things, food is becoming more expensive due to the economy and the current political nature but that should diminish the quality.

Everything about Pancho Villa is five star!!! They catered a lunch for 110 people and the table conversation was all about how great the food was!!! We had chicken, brisket and pulled pork... and you have to get the cornbread with honey butter! Tammy and the team were fantastic to work with... If you haven't had it, you gotta try it!!!

I found this gem (small family owned) food truck in Lincoln, CA at Brother's Taphouse. They were friendly, all smiles and food was finger licking good 😋 They'll be opening up a brick and mortar restaurant in Fair Oaks, off of Madison Ave, soon, but until then follow them on their socials and get some delicious BBQ off their food truck. 😋

(In regards to the 1 star comment) If you take the time to understand a business you would know that they have had trouble with contractors and architects not doing the work they were paid to do and causing them huge amounts of money and huge delays in opening their place! I can’t stand when people leave reviews about a place being closed! Review their food, review their service but stop trying to judge hours and availability because it doesn’t fit with your own personal schedule. You don’t even know what you are talking about. These are real people with a family and lives of their own too! You think they just want to dork around and not make money at their new spot?! Seriously.

ANYWAYS I digress lol! Again food AMAZING, Owners AMAZING!! I hope you guys can get your restaurant open soon!!!! It will be so worth it once it does!! 10/10

I am a very satisfied customer. i totally highly recommend there service and selection. I enjoy there food. The trip tip and pull pork is 👌👍 very excellent. Keep up the good work and service I hope to see u guys once again!

First timer today, and wow, it was so amazing. We had the tri-tip and hot link with bbq beans and macaroni salad, so delicious!
