My best friend and I had a movie night and decided pizza was a necessity.We called and asked the specials. We thought we were getting the good deal with pizza, sticks, and a drink. Turns out the kiddo taking our order put in for something else. We were then told when asking for ranch, peppers cheese and plates that they no longer have that (even for purchase) so we were disappointed in that.Otherwise the delivery was prompt and the food was hot.IDK how much gluten is in that crust tho I was bloated from it for a solid week and a half

Customer service was great, especially during this current pandemic, they even brought the pizza out to my car, but that was by far the worst pepperoni pizza I ever had. I ordered a simple white sauce extra pepperoni, and it was so gross. Pizza is supposed to be greasy, but this was like deep fried oil dripping, super soggy. I'm not sure what kind of cheese they used but it was ricotta texture. For a medium I paid $20, and that was the worst $20 I spent. If you want good pizza I'd suggest little caesars over this.

First off delivery sucked! Initially ordered a pizza, 12 wings, and 3 20 Oz. sodas at 4:30 pm. They said it would be 25 min. 6 pm, no pizza! Called, said pizza was undeliverable! Ordered same thing! Got it at 7:20 pm! Pizza was large pepperoni with mozzarella toppers and 12 teriyaki wings! Pizza was alright, not as good as Round Table's stuffed crust pepperoni and bacon pizza! Wings were a little over cooked! Will never order from this store again!

Ordered stuffed crust with sausage and meatballs as toppings. Meat was burnt. Sauce was nonexistent. It ddidnt go all the way to the crust, and ended up being thrown away. If it was the first time I'd consider it a mistake. But it's the not thee second either...its the third.

Worst customer service experience! Never been one to leave a review. The manager Arin provided terrible customer service. She didn't acknowledge us after our order was made incorrectly for over 15 minutes. During that time one employee came over just to let us know that she was not the one who made the pizza and that we have to wait for her to complete all the pizzas that needed to be made prior to getting a chance to speak with her. When I asked for a full refund, she informed us that she cant process refunds and that I need to wait about two days to speak with someone who can process the refund. Will never return to this location in the future. I would give negative stars if that was a possibility. Save yourselves the trouble and dont go to this location!

For the first time in my pizza appreciating life, travel to NY, even Sicily..the only restaurant so cheap they charge you for the parm...tisk... tisk...

You really can't go wrong with Pizza hut to be honest, and I've had good experiences with this one in particular. I usually order here for lunch, and the manager has been very accommodating with my occasional special requests. The pizza has always been cooked properly and they've never gotten my order wrong to date. I personally have a huge weakness for their honey BBQ traditional wings and can't stop myself when I order them lol. Be sure to try them out yourself!
