After trying &the major company's *Food for fitness is the best those Guy's they made it super easy to eat clean abd healthy without the hassle of calculation this and that with them 2 high protein meals a day and 2 protein shake ? and am good to go .Highly recommend this place. Abd BTW for those that they think is expensive *it's not* I did the math I ended up saving money and Time which big in my life style time is money folks ?

I have been a customer for over two years, so I have tried most of the menu. Right now I have been ordering the herb chicken with sweet potatoes and the Cesar salad wraps and let me tell you, they are amazing. If your goal is to get healthier and in better shape, this is it!!! the food is great. The biggest thing is the convenience, they bring it right to your door, tracking your calories is super easy, no more grocery shopping and no dishes to wash. It doesn’t get any better than that.

I can't say enough about this place...I was stressed out, unhealthy, and had no idea how to change it. The idea of cooking my own healthy food was overwhelming and expensive. Then I found Food for Fitness....I thought I'd try it and if I didn't like it I just wouldn't order it again ??♀️ Healthy food is scary! This is my 4th week ordering meals.... I feel amazing, I'm down 6lbs. I crave my Fitness food all the time because it's delicious and I'm so happy I found this place.? Everything is fresh and so easy to make, I only think about it 1x a week, order and I'm set. An the cookies and cream muffins are literally to die for...completely cure my sweet tooth and I haven't eaten cookies ? for an entire month because of them!!! This place will make you love healthy food and makes it so easy to take care of yourself. You spend a million dollars on fast food ??anyways, do something better for yourself and try this place, you will thank yourself and them!!!! ??

I enjoy being able to pick up my order on a Monday and not worry about it being out for long or being stolen. The portions are a good size for both my husband and I. I love that you can get two sizes. The food is great and taste fresh. Customer service was easy to use the one time I was missing a meal. Credited me back no problem. Received a nice credit for another meal that does not expire. I enjoy using them since the flexibility for ordering is when you need it. No need to skip a week like with other online meal services. I use one right now I love but it's not as always easy to schedule if something happens at the last minute. I can order on a Thursday and pick up Monday after work. Love the short turn around and way better than the market meals at the stores.
