I had jerk chicken which was flavorful with just enough heat. I was wary of the white bread but surprised to find it to be totally above average. I'll be back sooner.

Finally.... A place that has authentic Jamaican Beef Patties and Jerk Chicken. It felt like I was back in Brooklyn!! 😊
My girlfriend and I took my Mom to Rockyaad for her birthday. Being from Barbados, she was missing some traditional Caribbean food, and Rockyaad delivered. I didn't even get the extra Plantains... Mom took them all🤣 Happy Birthday, Mom, and a special thanks to the lady who greeted us and served us our meals, and to her husband who knows how to make a good jerk chicken. We certainly hope that you'll be around for a long time. Peace, Love, and Jamaican Beef Patties 🙌🏽😋

Hate to say it, but the food didn't taste very authentic- the skin on the jerk chicken wasn't crispy, rice So dry; and there was no customers there which made us hesitate but trying to support local businesses. Sorry, I would not return or recommend.

Fantastic experience! The food was delicious, we got the curry goat, oxtail and jerk chicken with a variety of sides. We also got sorrel and various sauces that matched the food well. Everything was cooked perfectly, the food impressed my Jamaican husband and my non-Jamaican family! We will be back to try the patties!

Rockyaad was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the beef patties, plantains, fried chicken, rice and beans, festival, and stewed chicken. Everything was super authentic and tasted amazing. The owner was there and provided incredible service. The ambiance was nice with some Jamaican music.

Chicken Jerk,rice peas,fried plantain, and curry chicken are incredible, i never get enough of Rockyard jamaica restaurant meal. The owner know how to give customers warm welcome, dont forget the atmosphere of this place is so cool,the place is so clean full of fantastic aroma from the kitchen.would recommend this to all.Cant wait to go back there again and again because I can't get enough of their delicious meal
