I have ordered and had delivery from this, my neighborhood, Round Table since I moved to Sacramento 6 years ago. Now all of the sudden they say they cannot deliver to my home because they use Door Dash and I have to order from another Round Table that is a half mile further from my home. They have delivered to my current address since they started using Door Dash but now all of the sudden they won’t. They told me I am welcome to still dine in and take out but guess what, if I cannot order for delivery from the store I want and get the service I have always received they no longer have my business. You have lost a loyal customer. If the new Round Table I am ordering from is not to my satisfaction then Round Table as a company has lost my business completely! I have choices and I will exercise those choices!

Within minutes of arriving there was an issue with another customer picking up an order without an ID. Myself and this customer were picking up for the same name. At first the accommodation was going to be made but the cashier was reading off the sodas for my order. I interrupted and stated that was my order and then the other customer stated to help me first to clear the confusion. The shift lead stated that they would do it this time but the customer had been coming here long enough to know better about their policy. This agitated the customer and embarrassed but he moved to the side so I can pay. While I was paying the customer made some more comments and the shift lead continued to engage him before stating that he needed to leave and would no longer be served. This escalated the situation further. I had my younger son with me so I had him go to the car. I retrieved my order and quickly grabbed 3 sodas so I could leave. When I got home I drank my soda and it tasted off. I checked the date and it expired April 15, 2024. I checked my son’s soda and it expired January 13, 2025. I called the restaurant back and asked if they could refund the sodas. I was told because I got the discounted package that if they refunded my sodas I would owe money and have to pay the full price of my meal. My concerns felt disregarded and as someone who frequents this round table, I was very disappointed in the service as a whole.

The order taker was more than nice. He gave me five dollars for being a senior citizen. He didn’t have to but he did. Much appreciated. I will be buying my next pizza here.

It is Round Table pizza. The staff is great and the pizza is good.
Old, outdated, needs updating and a better atmosphere. No kids cups , no to go cups etc....2 at old grandchild was handed a regular cup with no lid. No family friendly. Had booster chairs but we're greasy. This place needs attention!

It has been out neighborhood pizza place for 24 years so far. Very tasty. One time one of the delivery people ran our pizza over to our house. Literally ran it over! The pizza was hot and delicious! They seem like a great bunch of people who work there and they have always been nice and respectful.
Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options and a salad bar. One can even create their own vegetarian pizza. One problem with the dining area was that the music was too loud and it really bothered my friend's nom-verbal autistic child. We had to leave early and were unable to clean up our area because he was severely agitated. I cleaned as best as I could while she took him outside, but she needed help to calm him.
Parking: Lots of parking. Close parking is harder to find, but it is a shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: They have a few arcade games and a separate room where a birthday/team celebration could be held.
