Our soccer team had called days in advance to reserve for end of season party, I has ordered pizza ahead online (and paid for it). They had no seperate line for pick-ups vs walk in, so I waited in line for over 20 minutes (missing my son get his trophy), they printed out cc receipt for me to sign and then frantically looked around for a minute and asked if I'd mind "waiting for 20 minutes" (15 minutes before, website said the order was ready). I asked for a refund instead (which I'm not sure whether or not I got as "the printer wasn't working", but I ripped up the reciept I'd signed, so if it's on my credit card bill I can contest it). Had to leave the soccer party early so we could go home to eat...

I love this Round Table. Coming in here feels so nostalgic and cozy. The workers are very friendly and the service is fast. My kids love all the games. Salad bar is much cleaner and more fresh than other locations. Love their pizza. Also the manager/owner (I’m not sure his role) greeted us and was extremely friendly. Small gestures go a long way.

Very disappointed! I order 6-7 XL pizzas a month at round tables for my work and 2 XL pizzas a month for my family. I’m so disappointed with my local Marconi round table. They have terrible service and the food is often incorrect or missing items.
The delivery driver spoke such little English he couldn’t understand me when I asked for the plates, peppers, and cheese that wasn’t included with my order as requested.
The pizza I ordered was also poorly made and missing ingredients. This round table just lost a regular customer. 8-10 XL pizzas a month round table will be loosening from me in business.
I would say make it right but I have had so many bad experiences I don’t think they can. I’m just done with their lack of quality and service.

Round table is Outsourcing deliveries through Uber all because they don't want to hire delivery drivers...so much for the last "honest" pizza....Ps: our Uber driver got lost and wouldn't listen to us when we tried to tell him where we we were...so yea good job round table...this is what happens when you try and cut corners by not paying actual delivery drivers...
This place is ok. Same as any other RT. This place does not at the moment take the RT app so I don't get points ATM.

I worked at this location for 5 years under a different franchise owner that recently sold it to a new franchise owner. I was greeted when I came in, there were only three employees working. It was a very clear that they hadn't restocked the salad bar prior to 5:30 p.m. we ordered a medium pizza and a couple of salads. While at the salad bar I realized, again, that there were low on items and had to say something to the person I presume was the manager on duty. He told me " I will get that right now " then proceeded to go over to the make line and make pizzas. My guest and I were the only dine-in customers in the restaurant at that time. When I was trained on the make line at this exact location many years ago I was instructed that all toppings from the sauce to the last topping put on the pizza should go all the way to the edge of the pizza. This was not the case with the pizza that I ordered. Not only that but it seems that round table in general, knowing that they get their sauce mix and dough mixes from Round table corporate, has changed their recipes. For many years I swore that round table had the best sauce! The sauce on this pizza tonight tasted like the sauce on some of the frozen pizzas that I have gotten at WinCo or Walmart or other places. $45 for a medium 2 topping pizza and two salads is not happening at round table again! I was also shocked to see a $1.93 service fee on my receipt! What the hell is this? Is that service fee used to feed the five homeless people and three dogs down the walk from the restaurant?? I almost forgot to mention that when we seated ourselves we realized that the tables were sticky. Once again, there was nobody else in the restaurant. These tables should have been cleaned and not sticky!. What happened to unlimited salad bar? " Because of health issues and the safety of our customers, only one trip to the salad bar can be made ". We are past the point of the health crisis that came with COVID!

Let’s say you buy a large and a medium pizza. Serious question…does it cost for plates, pepper and cheese? The girl with the purple hair was handing out more attitude than anything. It’s a micro aggression and don’t think this is a great position for her. Folks of all colors and backgrounds will come here. It doesn’t give you the right to display your racism.
