Tina is such an amazing manager and it was extremely clean and service was top tier !
Honestly I'm not one to really write negative reviews, but after my last two visits I had to write this review. The first time I had a scheduled order pick-up time and when I got there she told me it wasn't ready because she forgot to put it in the oven! And now tonight was another scheduled order pick-up, and as soon as I walked through the door there was a line with at least 8 people waiting for pick-up.No one was helping the long line (little to none interaction with the waiting customers) as we all stood there frustrated!!! The staff was severely understaffed and unacceptable! I blame the management for poor scheduling not having enough staff members on duty. The pizza & twists were just thrown together and you could see the poor quality of it all. Not happy with the quality & presentation of my order, especially for the amount of money I paid. Not sure if I'll ever go back to this location ever again.

My experience here was great, the manager, Tina, has exceptional service, she makes the best Cheddar Bacon Twists in sacramento, crispy on the outside and just soft enough in the middle, my personal pizza was great as well I wouldn't change anything about this place, the food and customer service was great. I recommend everyone to go here.
