I usually go here on Sunday afternoons the drive thru line is always long. When I put in my order, it usually takes me 10 to 15 minutes to get to the window.
I find this location unorganized for drive thru. I don't go inside.

I ordered matcha with oat milk, it's awful! I just threw it away, it's impossible to drink! It stank, and it felt like they just added water to it! Although I love this drink at Starbucks, but apparently only one Starbucks at 7887 Madison Ave knows how to make it

Been coming to this location for over a year The staff has changed . The customer service sucks they don't know how to make a iced matcha they half ass it . Went in today after going through drive thru did not follow my directions and when I went in they had complete attitudes . Will not be coming to this location again !! If you don't like your job why work there ???

If I could give zero stars i would. The woman with the blue and green colored hair need some training in manners and attitude. My drive thru experience was so terrible I'm recommending that no one goes here.

Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me apparently there is a big fourteen item order did not even receive a apology or offered a free coffee is they mentioned they wear short staff the starbucks needs better management.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, they either don't listen to my order the first time I ordered, completely miss a whole item or they are just plain rude. Girl with the blue and green hair in particular just seems like she hates her job/customers. Also interrupted me twice during my order because "she can't multitask". Don't get a job where you literally have to multitask then? Then didn't even ring me up for one of the items I ordered/didn't apologize at all. Horrible customer service skills. I never leave bad reviews but this was actually crazy because it's not the first time I've experienced this here. And clearly other have experienced this as well according to the other reviews.

I'd give 5 stars, however I'm only able to give 2 because the last 3 times this starbucks is having work done/flooring done and not open, they hang their "closed" signs in the drivethrough to where everyone pulls up to see they can't order. Sign should be at both entrances. NOT the drivethrough.

Had the iced pumpkin latte with extra shots! Pretty good. I'm not a big Starbucks fan because their espresso is weak compared to Peets, thus the 2 extra shots.😉

Got yelled at for grabbing a straw for my drink that was within reach behind the counter…. Why not put the straws out and make them accessible or give me it with my drink ?? I only did it because everyone was clearly busy and I didn’t want to be a bother.
