Don't bother asking for recommendations they're just going to state the obvious and tell you what's on the menu like you can't read it for yourself. Monotone greetings, hardly any eye contact. Very sad. For an $8 coffee you'd think you'd get better treatment. Skip this location.

Itās ridiculous that my friend whoās waiting for me here just wanted to order after he went to the restroom and the staff was like sorry no you can not use the restroom like what the heck???? I ended up getting my drink without knowing what happened to him because he felt humiliated and decided to wait for me somewhere else close by. I wouldnāt ordered anything here if I knewā¦.

I always come to this Starbucks but after yesterday Iām so disappointed I payed for a venti and it was not even filled looked like they tried filling the rest up with whip cream š£

They always have an issue when Iām exactly on time with my mobile order. Sometimes I get in like 2 mins before itās done because this place is a ghost town and they still have a backhanded remark about āok just got itā āstill working but I can pick you to the frontā I see itās dead here So I feel like the comment is kind of not necessary to make me feel like Iām doing something wrong while itās the same as me giving you my five drink order versus being two minutes early
I usually go here on Sunday afternoons the drive thru line is always long. When I put in my order, it usually takes me 10 to 15 minutes to get to the window.
I find this location unorganized for drive thru. I don't go inside.

I ordered matcha with oat milk, it's awful! I just threw it away, it's impossible to drink! It stank, and it felt like they just added water to it! Although I love this drink at Starbucks, but apparently only one Starbucks at 7887 Madison Ave knows how to make it

Been coming to this location for over a year The staff has changed . The customer service sucks they don't know how to make a iced matcha they half ass it . Went in today after going through drive thru did not follow my directions and when I went in they had complete attitudes . Will not be coming to this location again !! If you don't like your job why work there ???
