Let me preface this by saying I have not been to this Starbucks location in over 2 years. I also don't frequently go to Starbucks, because in my personal experience, more often than not, the drinks aren't as good as I would like them to be for the price.
Anyway, today I went to this location and I ordered online because I didn't want to have to wait in line and wanted to make sure I was able to pick it up quickly. Well when I pull up the cafe area is not open. So I had to wait in line behind people who were ordering their drinks in order to get the drink that I had ordered well ahead of time to. And because all of the windows, I know the employees saw me walk up to the door. So when I walk up to the drive-thru I do honestly expect an apology because of the inconvenience and I get nothing. I honestly just wish that one, I did not come back to this Starbucks. And two, that there would have been some type of notification that the dining area or Cafe area wasn't open other than a little paper note on the door. At the very least you can increase the font from 11.

Lightning fast! Was ready when we reached the drive thru window.
Every friendly people who work there. Prices are so high.
Easy parking and drive through in a busy part of the city. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a refreshing experience.
Was here after 5 and they still weren’t taking orders. Change your hours or get employees who want to work.
I was really disappointed. I don't know when Starbucks lowed thier standards so much they can't make a coffee Frappuccino with an add shot. Plus thier staff was extremely rude and felt entitled to keep my money.
If I’m paying $12 for some drinks, I expect it made right the first time. Not just the liquid thrown in a cup and none of the other directions acknowledged

I was not able to use my stars at the drive thru because I didn’t tell them ahead of time. I was 80 cents short. This is something I have done many times before. I only had 2 items and she told me I couldn’t do it because it would make her delete the whole transaction. I had 2 items!

Went to get a water 6 minutes after closing time for a homeless man who could not walk, she mocked us and told us she could not serve us, she was very rude and she needs to get fired or reprimanded.

I just bought a dragonfruit drink and I didn’t expect that 3/4 will be Ice and 1/4 will be koolaid. But as the people who work hard in this country say. I deserve it!

Maia took my order in the drive-through and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a voice and demeanor that should be used for Starbucks if they ever use an AI order taker in their drive-through’s in the future. Maia’s voice was sincere when she inquired which drink choice I was contemplating, without any annoyance whatsoever. I cannot describe fully all the details of the dialogue except that it was calming, soothing, reassuring. Management/sales should key in on this quality for sure.

I stopped coming to this one because they are so RUDE. They mess up my drink nearly everytime and having to come back inside to get it fixed there's no apologies. The manager just gives you a dirty look and takes the drink without speaking to you. This wasn't a one-off as she has done this on multiple occasions. Several times I've had to tell the employees that we can hear all the comments they're making about customers. It's genuinely surprising that the DM has not stopped by to discuss the many customer reviews saying they're hearing the baristas comments about them.
