In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Maia took my order in the drive-through and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a voice and demeanor that should be used for Starbucks if they ever use an AI order taker in their drive-through’s in the future. Maia’s voice was sincere when she inquired which drink choice I was contemplating, without any annoyance whatsoever. I cannot describe fully all the details of the dialogue except that it was calming, soothing, reassuring. Management/sales should key in on this quality...

So, it is magic Starbucks. I with my wife decided to drink a lavender coffee, choose a Starbucks. I bought two lavender latte. The first latte was lavender, the second coffee was americano. Don't worry! I asked to change the coffee. Amazing! Next coffee was Americano too ))))

My drink was supposed to be a Venti and they accidentally made it a Grande. The two young men working the window today at 3:30 pm were AMAZING!!! So kind. They remade the drink, no problem. I’ve been to others that make you feel 2 inches tall for saying a mistake was not made. I was a Supervisor for 9 years in Customer Service and these two young men were some of the best ever! This old lady says thank you for your kindness.
