Taiko Sushi is a hidden gem serving attractive and delicious Japanese fusion food at reasonable prices. Their extensive menu offers a variety of sushi rolls, as well as other appetizers and entrees. The food is considered 10/10, and they offer many vegan options. The owner Bell provides excellent service, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The menu has a good amount of choices, and the food is consistently good with prompt service. The restaurant also offers interesting drinks like green tea wine and mango saki bombs, adding to the enjoyable experience. Taiko Sushi is hands down one of the best sushi spots, with top-notch fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food. The employees are always so polite, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit feel special. They make the proper Donburi Katsudon, which is fantastic and made right. The place is nice, with a great atmosphere, and the service is one of the best ever had. The server was very nice and paid attention to the tables. The sushi and bento box were good. Chicken katsu was moist and good. There is lots of parking and it is easy to find. Happy Hour is M - F, 4-6pm.
