TOGO'S Sandwiches

Placed an online order. Selected white bread and somehow it's now on a gluten free tortilla. Tried calling the store to fix it and no one answers the phone it keeps going straight to their voicemail. One of the times I left an urgent voicemail. Hopefully they get it but I doubt it. This is ridiculous I have called over 50 times. The website says to call the store directly if an order needs to be cancelled. How is that supposed to help if no one answers?

Two times this week I have gone to Togos. I got a pepper jack pastrami with no pepperoncici. There were so many peppers I could not eat it. Tried picking them off but they were mixed in with the meat so I couldn’t get them all. Went back today and guess what. Same lady to her about the pepper jack pastrami. She had the could care less attitude. Got a pepper steak this time. The bread was so hard you could not bite a pice off. The sandwich tasted of vinegar. I’m done you don’t care so I don’t care to go back.

Usually very good, but I noticed that there were new employees and the sandwiches were missing ingredients. My triple dip had no pastrami on it, my wife's cheesesteak had no peppers, both sandwiches were on white bread when we asked for parmesean, and neither had much Chipotle mayo on them. We didn't feel like driving back to correct the order, but we were definitely ripped off. Don't visit this location without carefully checking your food.

Ordered a number nine with extra meat did not come with extra meat and there was big chunks of pastrami that were not sliced up. Been coming here for a while. They used to take a pride. I tried to say something to the lady she was like OK thanks. Very disappointed it will not be eating here again

I expected a $10 sandwich, not a roll of 3/4 meat and 1/4 of veggie just stuffed in there. Looks like a sushi roll. Most thrown together TOGOs sandwich I’ve ever had.
I also specifically said ONE sandwich needs mustard and tomato. They put it on both. For people who have food allergies/particular tastes, this is a pretty big mistake. I was the only one waiting for a sub too so it’s not like they were busy. Just poor attention to detail.

This experience was so awful that I will not bother with any Togo again anywhere. While I understand being busy and orders taking longer than expected, there was 4 or 5 people working and not one of them smiled or were even kind of friendly. I was actually too afraid to ask for my drink! No one wanted to take any orders, did not advise one of the kiosks was not working or even put a sign on it (resulting in me wasting several minutes trying to work it). Even tho the food was pretty excellent, I will not return due to the horrible service. I would swap great food for excellent service any day.

Gone here 3 times and every time they got my order wrong. Don't know how or why not is it my job too, but from customer to cash reg to employee making the sandwich there is a huge miscommunication. TODAY I told the person at the register the last 2 times my order was wrong can you please make sure it's right. NOPE she did nothing and the only thing right about this sub (this time) was the bread and size. I'm done. No longer going to Togo's where I have to order at a register then wait for it to be made.

Extra protein in the meatballs!

If I could give this review a zero I would! I ordered a hot pastrami online delivered . Nothing was correct that I ordered and it was disgusting . I paid 16$ plus delivery plus a tip. I don’t live near the store that is why I had it delivered plus . When I called the store and asked for a supervisor I was told they were not at the store and nobody was in charge!! She said I could come back and have it replaced. I said do you want to pay for my gas too? I will NEVER order a sandwich from this store again🤬🤮

This place got lucky and has really great and hard workers. 9/21/24 at 7:30 was the time i came and guy and gal were working so hard i have never seen so many subs be made in my life so fast. I will be back. Awesome food to. Something for everyone.

It's been a long time since I have been to Togo's but I have been urging their '10 pastrami sandwich. What a disappointment. This had to be the worst sandwich I have ever had out. While it did have a 1/4 lb pastrami it had little of anything else. Very little sauerkrat probably ground into the meat and couldn't tell if there was anything of the 1000 island dressing. Far too large a sourdough bun. I will not be going to Togo's again. Disappointed

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was top notch & we had a positive dining experience.

I have never been to this location, so I entered. A off-duty, female staff member took the time to not only help me but recommend her favorite sandwich... I haven't experienced this level of kindness and customer service in a very long time. Kudos and tips for everyone!!! I will be back.

Parking: Parking was available but difficult to get in and out of the space because of the way it was painted.
