First off, their staff is excellent. Came in this afternoon, cleanliness was amazing and it shows. The spotless interior and well-maintained dining area create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It's evident that they take pride in providing a clean and sanitary environment for their customers. The food quality at is outstanding. One of the best Togo's I've been in. Thank you!

Standard TOGOs. Decent sandwiches better meat than a subway but not as good as Jersey Mike's. Problem here is everytime we order online or even when we go in the sandwiches are made incorrectly. I mean not once or twice , everytime. Not just add Dijon mustard, but no bacon which was an Add on. Like they make it right by giving you a new sandwich but #1 I don't want to have to go back. #2 this is a consistent problem I don't want a free sandwich next time. I want them to get it right the first time. I think TOGOs should just go back to letting the customer tell the sandwich maker what they want as they build it.

Came in on Sunday to order food, and two employees one older lady with a mask and gray hair, and the other lady with dark hair and tattoos were being very loud and arguing obnoxiously and being disgustingly rude to the gentleman working. It made for a very unpleasant experience and arguing like that and being rude and obnoxious to a fellow employee was very unprofessional. And all this was happening right behind the counter in full of view of customers standing in line. I could see that other customers were becoming visibly uncomfortable while this drama taking place. And even noticed a couple customers left without ordering due to the drama at hand. The gentleman who was being berated by these two ladies took it well and continued to try to help customers. But they wouldn't stop and continued to use profanity and insult the gentleman and argue amongst themselves loudly, without any regard for customers and did not help the other employees who were trying to take orders and make food. I ended up leaving as well without ordering due to the hostile environment. I would recommend just going to the green back location which is my usual go to togos location. Because they have great food and amazing service. And you can enjoy a tasty sandwich without the jerry springer live show.

Sadly, we decided to have lunch here today. We walked in a little before 1 pm followed by a young man. It became immediately clear that the young man was an employee because the minute he walked in the middle aged dark haired tattooed lady behind the counter started loudly arguing with him. She was berating him about needing a break. The young man changed into his work shirt and started trying to work. The tattooed lady kept sniping at him. A short time later a grey haired lady wearing a mask came behind the counter and she also started to loudly bicker with the young man. We tried to ignore the drama and ordered our sandwich. We ordered a #9 with everything on it and I asked for Swiss cheese. After we ordered we were asked to have a seat while our sandwich was being made. The employees continued to bicker and both the tattooed lady and the grey haired masked lady constantly berated the young man. At one point the tattooed lady said she didn't need the job and she quit, presumably mid shift. The lady taking the orders had to loudly remind her co-workers she was trying to take an order. The shocked customers watched this shit show unfold in front of us. Two customers walked out without ordering. We would have left but we'd already paid. Finally grey haired mask lady handed us our sandwich. We got our sandwich home and were immediately disappointed/irritated. It had only mustard and a pathetic amount of pastrami. Definitely not TOGO'S style and no cheese. We had to doctor the sandwich ourselves. This location is very poorly managed and the employees clearly do not like each other. The behavior by the tattooed lady and the grey haired older masked lady toward the younger man was WILDLY inappropriate and unprofessional. Unless you like your incorrectly prepared sandwich with a heaping side of drama, I suggest you go anywhere else but here.

Pretty solid sandwich spot. Staff is genuinely pleasant and the dining area is typically clean. The app offers convenient ordering for on the go pick up. Sandwiches are assembled with Care many other spots.

I went here about 4 months ago and got sandwiches for my family of three. I myself got a hot pastrami with provolone cheese but pastrami was very stringy literally so stringy I didn't enjoy the sandwich It was like every bite I had to take it out of my mouth and pull the strings out of it. The ladies in there they were nice. But they were talking the entire time while making our sandwiches, which I didn't like. I feel if you're going to do all that talking over my food wait till you're done with my sandwich. I haven't went back.

I challenge the executives, product development and every manager to eat a French Dip footlong live on television in front of the world because it's obvious somebody had a major brain fart when they decided to market this pound of salt sandwich served in an au jus salt bowl to the consumers and charge us 17 dollars for the garbage they are sending to the public. Good gosh you people are f*cking crazy if you think this is worth a crap!

HORRIBLE service today. My dad went in to pick up our online order, he came out and realized they forgot the au jus for the French dip sandwich. He went back in the and the girl working said "I can't believe you came back in just for au jus!" Yes, that's the whole point of a French dip sandwich dummy. And a couple months ago I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich and was given a sandwich with no meat. Yeah, that's right. No meat. Will not be going back to this location and will tell everyone I know not to go there. All around, horrible experiences here

Customer service AMAZING! I ordered inside, stepped out real quick to check on my dog in the car (Jason) BETTY W. Called me back in with my dog & my boyfriend & offered (Jason) some water & allowed him to rest/wait with us till our order was ready. (Jason is super sweet, knows his commands, & respects others just like we do!) thank you for your great service & our amazing LARGE SANDWICHES! Betty & her mother really made our day. ( P.s it was blazing HOT )
