their menu isn't up to date. I got something off the menu that was supposed to have strawberry, mango, and raspberry...it only had mango, and when I questioned it I got an 'oh yeah our menu isn't updated'...wish I was told that, I picked that item off the menu because I wanted all the different fruits.

A strange shop for making different flavors, the main ingredient of which is ice, and it has natural additives and flavorings. I recommend visiting it, especially at the beginning of the spring and summer season and all the warm nights.

Today I went with my family & their posted hours were 2-6 & we went at 3:30 & THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE. Very disappointing, we drove an hour to get this ice cream but sad to say they were closed. Don’t go here, looked dirty too. Wish I can rate them no stars.

This place is amazing!! Not jus beverages, they have these desserts made with something like fine ice and other ingredients. I had the got ginger tea which was very delicious. They have tables and chairs set up inside, and something that blew my mind......you can sit there enjoy your purchase and play board games that they supply. Honestly, to see how cute and quaint the inside is,the menu, the board games---- tons of fun!!!!

So yummy! The Shaved Snow, Icecream, and Boba Tea were all excellent. Any they have a bunch of (board) games.

Such kind workers and the shaved ice is the best! So good. Also really nice to walk into an establishment to get something sweet and not have to deal with blaring music and an overwhelming environment. I was able to relax while enjoying this with my son!

it tastes amazing!! i thought, toppings on snow? cookies & cream snow?? i was thinking shaved ice.... oh no my friends this tastes like shaved ice cream. it is so yummy & the feeling in your mouth is different yet satisfying!! we will definitely be hoing there again! Melissa was very nice & helpful!

Best service ever!! They close at 6pm on Sundays, walked up at 6:15pm and the lady working called us in to serve us!! No other place would have done that. Will always recommend them and most definitely will come back.

Awful service. The kitchen is incredibly dirty. My Thai tea had hard tapioca boba. My cup was literally 1/2 empty and it has disgusting tacky gunk all over the cup. Will never go here again!

The snow ice was good but they need to work on the atmosphere. Maybe play some cool music it could be a really fun place with a little effort. The noise the shave ice machine or the blender they were using sounded like a sand blaster LOUD?

I love the variance of flavors and how personalized attention is given . I complained once about having little watermelon and the owner called me to check in and these days to have such customer service is rare .
