Every time I come here, something seems to go wrong. Most of the time my orders aren’t ready, but I’ve learned to adjust by setting my pickup time earlier than when I actually arrive. This time, I placed a large order for a party, and half of my sides and sauces were missing. I understand the team is probably busy and understaffed, but it’s frustrating when a big order isn’t checked before pickup. I really hope the store can improve order accuracy, especially for larger orders.

Very long wait, food was decent. Went to get. Soda tasted like water had no flavor. Went to go get tea because had nothing else to drink it was so bad I don’t know if it was sitting all month or all week or all year but it tasted so bad.Gave me extra fries but either way the fries tasted to seasoned in a bad way

I usually order for pickup around lunch time once a week from this location. When my order is prepared by Lei or Benji, I know it’s going to be great! Thank you guys! Hands down the better Wingstop location in Sacramento. Experience might differ if you’re dining in.

Ordered the wings that should have been tossed in the sauce. They seem like the employee was standing on the opposite side of the kitchen flinging it to the bowl that had my wings. When I say they were dry. They were worse than a damn desert. I only ordered then bc the ad shows them fully sauced not half ass trash. Get it together. It's always either too much or not enough every damn time. Never eating here again they failed me too many times

The employees here are cussing out loud and talking negatively about other customers in front of people. In the back, they are too busy loudly yelling about their experience at a bar the night prior. We waited 25 minutes past promised pickup time for them to complete our food due to the employees level of interest in their own conversations. One larger gentleman took it upon himself to simply leave the register and sip drinks for 2 mins straight while ignoring customers. Just go to another location lol

Hello. I’m not pleased with anything at this specific location. It’s November 1st, 2024 and I came in with a friend and got some take out food. We got our drinks first after paying and went to get them filled and the floors were slippery, almost fell. No sign set out saying floors are wet, no indication whatsoever. Secondly, we were told it’s an 18 minute wait, yet we’ve waited a total of 40 minutes due to every single employee talking to eachother and laughing and not focusing on the food. Very lazy and untrustworthy and cannot keep a single word a promise to customers. Along with this, the employees were on their phone most of the time we were there and continued to talk to eachother than cook and focus on getting the food out. No, we didn’t order a big meal. 20 piece boneless wings and 2 large drinks. Shouldn’t take 40 minutes. The manager was also there on his phone sitting at a table and didn’t do one single thing regarding his employees talking and slacking. Do NOT become a fast food employee if you cannot keep your word, honesty, promise, etc. If you cannot work in a fast paced environment, then go find something slower. Unbelievable.
