One of the employees just sounded and acted like they just hated it there and I felt that energy. Kinda made me hate it there too sis. This is one of the reason I dont eat Wingstop anymore. The closing manager was cool though.

Don't even know where to start.this was our go to spot,it was clean its was organized well,it was well not any more.the place was a disaster.the order was wrong the place was trashed the food was lame.The floor was so greasy you couldn't stand still without your feet sliding apart.there are no trash cans in the order area so people were just throwing trash on the floor.half the drinks on the drink machine were out.to top that off my chicken strip were rubbery and weird.the easiest dish in the biz and it was wrong...sorry not sorry.wing stop need a new boss and new attitude

Happened to come here while it was $0.70 boneless wings! Thanks to Shazyah for helping me with the menu and pointing out the deal. I've never been to a Wingstop, I workout across the street at OTF, and I'll definitely be back! Clean in-dining experience too.

Served us wings with feathers still on them on a takeout order. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go to any Wingstop again because of the experience. This location should get a visit from the food health department. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We walked in to order, they didn't look super busy but we could hear the to go orders pumping out. They said it'd take about 15 minutes, and really it took 40. We ordered boneless wings and got bone in- so our order was wrong but who wants to send it back when it took so long to get? The floors are *super* slippery, be careful if you sit at a table

I arrived a little past my eta time but still waited 5 mins before the cashier acknowledged that I walked in. I also waited an extra 20 mins for my order. Service is gonna be a 1 star. No greeting or even good vibe so Atmosphere gonna be a 1 star.Y'all need better leadership. There wasn't one employee there that was calling out the fails. At least someone who gives a poop about greeting customers would make a difference.But I'm sitting here writing this and there's two people who just walked in. Neither were greeted.Update: just got my order 30 mins late. The food is hot so that means that kitchen is behind. But as I glance in the kitchen, staff are on their phones. Not only is that a lack of leadership issue, but a potential health issue.
This place has good food a little pricey tho. But if you enjoy boneless chicken then check this place out.Parking: Parking is right by door which is very convenient

Tarika(Hope I spelled it right) is so awesome at this location. She gave great customer service when I went in there to pick up my order but she took it a step further. When I was leaving the establishment somebody had broken down and had trouble pushing their truck up into the parking lot which is going uphill ? I put my hazards on and stopped at the light and got out and help them. Not more than one minute after getting back in my car I received a phone call and I didn't recognize the number. It happened to be Wingstop and it was her, the manager Tarika. She told me that she saw what I did and she wanted to pay it forward because I did. She actually gave me a free combo meal for the good deed. That is like the most awesome thing ever. Now, it's not about the food but the gesture and it tells you a lot about her quality of person. I will always go to this location and every time I do, I hope I see her. Thank you again girl.

Haven't been to this wingstop in a while, and When I went tonight I was greeted with great smiles and Staff were very Kind and professional. Great job hiring these young men (with dread locks & the young black woman)
