Very interesting craft brews and friendly staff/owners. Nice atmosphere. Grab some empanadas next door and enjoy. Or take some beer to go. Or both! New bike path going it will make it very easy to get here from town too.
One of the most consistent, diverse breweries I've been to (across the world). The *vast* majority are fantastic, across styles and types of beers, with lots of creative ingredients. Well worth a visit.
Often in life there's certain breweries you may wanna check out "personally." I've been to some in Germany, (Kreuzberg) definitely go. East, west, left, right, up, and down. The Lab has a wide array of tastes to devour. Quick stop on the 101 south at Carpinteria, CHECK OUT THE EMPINADA guy right next door, Che. Get a Saison draft and a Roquefort nada, sit down, eat, drink, sleep, shower, repeat. Lab owners are quality humans too, which helps.
