For expensive coffee, you guys definitely need to Do better. I went to the coffee shop to get a Fresh cup of coffee unfortunately it was over an hour old so I opted for an Americana. I’ve had better coffee at a gas station sour unbalanced ridiculous. under-extraction, where water didn't pull enough flavor, often due to a coarse grind, short brew time, water that's not hot enough, or lightly roasted beans;

So this place is new — the coffee and pastries are good.
The layout could use more indoor individual seating, and wall sockets. There’s very few if any spots to “plug in” — currently it is mostly just some tables and couches, and limited bar seating with no outlets

I am SO IMPRESSED with this cafe. Organic Espresso Beans Locally Roasted from Peru (high elevation, low acid) and Whole Milk. STUNNING decor featuring local art from Local Owner. Local family owned and run. Fabulous staff who are heartfelt, warm and accommodating to special requests. Extremely clean. Quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop I've ever been to! Thank you for attention to QUALITY, COMFORT and DETAIL! I LOVE THIS CAFE!

Dart team has done it again, an incredible coffee shop for the community in Carp. All their milks are organic and beans are from sustainable farms. The corena cortado is my fave!
So excited that Dart is now in Carpinteria! If you want the best cup of coffee in town this is 100% where you will find it. Great coffee and pastries and such a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your drinks. I love their Ethiopian coffee, it’s organic and they roast it at their Santa Barbara funk zone location. Iced Vanilla latte is always good and I often get the cappuccino. Check out the artwork by Erica!
