Try an item that’s not on the menu. As for a Chingadera! Unbelievable!

This place has amazing value (especially during happy hour, which is somehow over 6 hours long) and they do the food right! Had the enchilada off the happy hour menu and it came piping hot on a stone plate, the way that would make mama proud! Plus it was only $10!

The chips and salsa were proper as well, with it being fairly obvious they use home grown peppers. The outdoor dining is excellent and has shade from a beautiful tree. The wait-staff was so kind and...

Driving back to L.A. from Santa Barbara, we were starving and pulled off in Carpenteria to take a chance on a restaurant and settled on Delgado's. What a gem! Service was great, they refilled our chips and salsa immediately while we waited for dinner.
