We had our son’s wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo, and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is gorgeous — lush landscaping, stunning views, and separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We even got to feed the giraffe, which was such a fun touch! A huge shoutout to our event coordinator, Aly. She was incredible — organized, calm, and so kind. She made sure everything ran smoothly and made both families feel special while keeping the focus on the bride and groom. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I could not recommend Events by Rincon more!! 10/10 in all aspects - venue, coordination, food! Not having to worry about all the little things (all the little logistics and things like tables, cutlery, speakers etc) as a bride was one of the most helpful things to keep my stress level incredibly low throughout the entire process, and that in itself was worth every penny. My wedding couldn't have been more perfect, and all our guests are still raving about how wonderful it was many months later. The food was PHENOMENAL! As foodies, my husband and I could not have been more impressed by the food as were all our guests! We had a beach wedding and it was perfect. When we look back at memories of our July wedding, we'll remember the immaculate professionalism, care, and attention to detail on behalf of the entire Rincon team. We didn't need much convincing to book the Zoo with them after touring the Beach Club and Zoo facilities, and from start to finish the process was made so painless. We truly can't thank Kinsey enough for her positive attitude and constant reassurance; she really made the experience of wedding planning so streamlined, checking in with us at every step and making sure any little thing was exactly how we wanted. We had a multi-cultural and very involved ceremony and Kinsey left no stone unturned for our rehearsal - not a single hitch. All that to say our wedding was magnificent; we are still hearing rave reviews from our guests saying how beautiful the venue turned out. Dinner exceeds any wedding food you've ever had by a marathon, and working with vendors that have also worked with the Rincon team extensively is priceless - everybody knows the drill and will vouch for their expertise. All in all I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else, and working with Kinsey was a dream. We'd do it all over again with them if we could!

1st time at this venue. All I can say is, how could you possibly improve? From the moment we stepped on the property, your entire staff was welcoming, polite and on their game. Everyone treated the guests with the utmost personal service as if they were long time friends. Job well done Rincon. Not to mention the food was beyond delicious!! Would definitely recommend Events by Rincon.

The event crew decided it would be a good idea to set up their equipment less than 10 feet away from my family and between another party on a nearly empty beach. When asked why the 50 feet of space to our immediate left was not acceptable, the crew responded with "this is how we normally do it" and "it's a public beach."Very concerning as a local and frequent beach-goer that this is their attitude to the public.Pictured below, you can see where we were forced to move due to the proximity of the dozens of chairs that were placing.

Don't come here to eat you will be starving after y the food is just alright. The finger foods aka churros y popcorn y things of that nature do serve as great snacks while sipping on cocktails but the "mains" don't bother. Eat first y then come here to enjoy the hot decor, sip a glass of wine, y listen to some oldies but goodies (circa 1990 ;))

EXCELLENT Thanksgiving Dinner again!! It was so easy last year and so good that we decided to do it again... and it only got better. We happened to see a friend at pick up time (they deliver too but we're so close it didn't make sense for us to pay extra for delivery) who recommended the CARROT SOUFFLÉ...Man oh man am I a fan now. Thanks guys for all of your professionalism, great food, superb organizing and the ease of the whole thing from start to finish!!!
