Do yourself a favor and take a cooking class ASAP with Heat Culinary! I have taken 2 now, Chinese food and Oaxacan, and they have been so informative, helpful, and, best of all, so much fun!! The cost for the classes is an absolute steal, considering you eat an amazing meal and take home tons of leftovers.
