Stumbled across this place while walking around Carpinteria. I ordered an Asiago Protein B-Eggl with corned beef for choice of meat. The meal was delicious with a large fluffy omelet sandwiched between the bagel, the corned beef was great too! Staff is polite and friendly, overall 10/10

Place has a very nice outside patio, food was good I had barbecue chopped salad. All ingredients were fresh. Service was very slow, this could be they were going to close soon.

Best begal sandwiches, unfortunately we went on a Sunday morning which meant a lone wait. Worth it but hard with kids. Parking was limited but we got lucky with a spot

The place needs to be steam cleaned. The table we sat at was so sticky from years of use the condiment caddy was stuck to the table along with our napkins, we asked for a new table there were spider webs, bugs, and looked like petrified bacon on top of the booth and couldn't bring myself to use the hot sauce they were unappealing.

Where else can you get such a big full breakfast for $15 in California? The jalapeño scramble was wonderfully flavorful and delicious home fries were awesome. Couldn’t finish the bagel so I took it to go.
Outdoor seating is nice wide chairs and plenty of room for your dog.
Service was a bit slow on a busy Saturday morning.

Been to Jack's Famous Bagels a couple of times over the years while visiting Carpinteria. Staff was busy and some orders took longer than others. Very popular location in Carp and has been for years even in middle school and high school when I attended CMS/CHS.
Parking: Small parking lot at the back of the building. Also some street parking spots for larger vehicles.

Coffee was good, ordered corned beef hash, potatoes and peppers were not cooked, hard and crunchy. It was the worst corned beef hash ever. The server never came back to check on us. So disappointed cuz I read all these great reviews. Will never go back there. It was

My party of 5 adults and one baby got charged 20% gratuity fee. One of the adults didnt even order food. I don't believe that a 20% extra tax on food we already pay a tax on is necessary.

To have a restaurant include a 20% tip tax on your bill is ridiculous.

Food looked great, and the wait staff was ok. My eggs were good, and the potatoes LOOKED good, but we're still hard inside, so couldn't eat them. The cheese bagel was exceptional , and I suppose that's why most go here. Maybe just hit it at an off day?
