I ate here two days ago. When I ordered I specifically asked the staff to not put American cheese in my sandwich. American cheese really messes with my stomach, however Swiss does not. So I asked then to replace it with Swiss.Since the sauce and other ingredients mask much of the difference in taste between the two cheeses I ate the entire sandwich. I have been in immense discomfort/pain since eating it.Don’t eat here if you have any food intolerances, they will not listen to you.Dietary restrictions: They don’t listen to requests. Extremely unprofessional.

Does the job! Good sandwiches, better than Subway bread and all of the ingredients are fresh sliced after you arrive. Nice combo price. Sterile eating environment but it's clean!

Placed an online order for 2 subs. When I got there they had one sitting and didn’t even start the other. Waited an extra 15 minutes and by the time I got the second sub the first was already soggy. Overall it was slow service and the staff did not seem to care.

Love jersey mikes, but this location is hit and miss with reading the orders. I ordered sandwiches last week and got wheat bread instead of white. You should call if you are out of bread and offer another substitution than just picking whatever. And today I ordered and said no Mayo, soy allergy, and the sandwich was covered in Mayo. I unfortunately don’t feel safe eating there despite there being safe options with my allergy because I’m really not sure if they are reading anything. And their willingness to make substitutions without contacting customer on allergy orders is alarming. Disappointed because I do really like it…. The half the times it is correct. I also called tonight to see if they could remake my wrong sandwich and they told me they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there…. Uh…. ???

The 3 ladies who were working when I came in to place my order deserve major credit! Two customers walked in just before me and came in with a list of 19 different sandwiches, some with substitution (one of which was a grilled cheese with no cheese) These ladies were so professional and so accommodating as they took the order, making sure they got everything correct. They were kind, curious, professional.... And the customers did not say please, thank you, or offer any type of appreciation for this 19 sandwich order that Dane out of nowhere... right in the middle of a shift change (which actually may have been a blessing since more staff were arriving). There was a lady behind me who was as rude after she gave her order assuming she'd be waiting for these 19 sandwiches to made before her, so she made a stink about going to do her grocery shopping while she was starving while she waited. It's a shame because the staff handled this large order perfectly by delegating a few people to work on the big order while others helped to get the small orders out in a timely fashion. I know how stressful his was at the end of the store manager's day while trying to get be next shift clocked in and she handled everything with kindness and grace...as did all the staff on hand. This was team work at its finest and today's date is 3/7/23 (Tuesday) around 3:15pm. I like to give credit where credit is due. This team of people deserve a medal and I'm so sorry the customers with the big order were so unappreciative and callus. Oh... and my sandwich was absolutely delicious.

The owner of this Jersey Mike's is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. While getting sandwiches this afternoon, he called the store to fire 1 of the 2 people working. Making it so the employee helping us make our sandwiches, had to stop making our sandwiches to answer the phone, then went back and forth on the phone for a few min before handing the phone off to the other employee to be fired. Like come on- are you kidding me. This place needs to go out of business so the owner stops profiting from circling around and around with new employees every week. Either learn how to be a professional business owner or go work for the freaking president since that is how he clearly feels he's equivalent to. For Pete's sake.

Last time I came in here we all ordered drinks from the soda machine and as I am filling my cup with soda I realized that my cup is filled, just FILLED with ants. I turn and tell the cashier the soda machine has ants in it and she says I know...theres nothing we can do about it....Well, except, you could, I dont know, not sell people drinks? Or put a sign that the soda machine is filled with ants? Seemed like a health code issue. I like Jersey Mikes food but this was pretty ridiculous.

The pictures will speak for itself. I get it, it's just a little jersey mikes no biggie right? Wrong! We pay 20 dollars for a sandwich you'd expect the place to be clean. We walked in and were greeted by a young man that didn't seem thrilled about us coming in. No biggie, hungry and craving a sandwich we ordered anyway. As we went to get our drinks, my wife noticed the ice machine was moldy and had bugs crawling all over it. The gentleman standing behind the counter (receipt says Dustin) was on his phone while the other guy made the sandwich. This was bothersome because the lobby was SO DIRTY! Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location and I would hope the owner or manager cares enough about the health and safety of their patrons to clean this place up.

Every time I'm here their restrooms are barricaded off with tables so you can't use them. It's been this way for months. It would really be nice if these guys would provide a working restroom for their cash paying customers, especially their frequent ones like myself. We aren't under a mask mandate anymore, so what's the problem?

While on a road trip with our dog, we were tired and hungry so stopped here for a sandwich. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the door was then interior wasn't much better. The crew were very unfriendly and could have cared less if I was there or not. We were anxious to use the restroom after driving 300 miles but NOOO it was out of order. Then what looked like a street person just walks in an uses it. Meanwhile, I'm buying $25 worth of food and can't use it? The guy making the chicken sandwich couldn't have been slower. I waited while he looked to be just walking around doing nothing. After receiving the sandwiches, they were nothing great and I'm glad we don't live in the area because we'd certainly never go back.
