The food is decent. But the main employee is the rudest most lazy employee i have ever encountered. Almost always the orders are incorrect. All orders are prepared late. He seems to be on the phone 24/7 and if you present an issue he brushes you off and says it's okay. Horrible service.

Terrible Service, the Lord who serves with a very bad face, does not even answer the greeting, serves in a very bad way, it takes them a long time to come out to serve, there are never Pizzas ready, there is never anything, I suppose that due to the terrible Service no one goes to this branch, RATING THE EMPLOYEES LESS ZERO, THE WORST!!!

They always get my order wrong. I ordered something off of online ordering and they didn't send everything. This has happened multiple times already! To finish off, this last order made me absolutely sick. Got food poisoning! Don't eat here, bad service and horrible food maintenance. -1/5 stars

Best pizza choice in Carpinteria! This location is always clean and the staff is great. The pizza and cheese bread never disappoints.

They never have hot and ready pizza! You have to wait 10 minutes. At least it’s fresh I guess, however they don’t wear gloves and touch food with barehands after touching money and register. Staff is not very nice either. Also never have masks on properly or no mask at all sometimes. Huge health risk considering the pandemic we are currently in. If you want better pizza and a safer experience I would visit rustys pizza, pizza man dans, or little doms. It’s is not very clean in there either.

Best customer service I had today pepperoni for 5:99 only cheap and good customer service
