Fresh beer, even fresher basil! This place is excellent. I stopped in Carpenteria on my way from LA to the bay area, and I'm glad I did. It's a beautiful town, with a great little downtown street with excellent food and drink scene. Nutbelly caught my eye on a beautiful street, come here with family friends, on a date, any time. Nutbelly smells so good as soon as I came inside and food is top tier 👍🍽️🔥
The Carnivore Pizza was excellent, the thin crust was enjoyable and the toppings tasty.
Additionally the beer selection was good and the service was friendly. Thumbs up all around.

I asked which is better, the calzone or spaghetti. I was told that both are good, but the calzone is great. I got the fresh garlic, pepperoni, and bacon calzone. WOW! It was awesome!
