We came in once we arrived in Carpenteria. On our way to see family, decided we were too hungry to wait to eat. I read the reviews on line and we decided to give it a shot. Especially since I saw they had a Mole Burrito on special. I’ve been craving Mole Sauce like Oaxaca, MX. It was a fantastic choice. My husband got the Tres Amigos Burrito. We split the burritos in half so we could both sample each others. Perfect, Perfect, Delicious and excellent atmosphere with fantastic service. Highly recommend Rudy’s Mexican Restaurant.

My first time here.. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious ? might be the best horchata I've had!

This was a little mom and pop place. The atmosphere wasn't all that great, but the food surprisingly wasn't all that bad. The family who owns the business was very friendly and attentive, which in my book is always appreciated. Lastly, the pricing wasn't bad at all.
Yesterday. Food is good . But the food here I can eat the enchiladas but they made with corn tortillas. Or other tortillas that not make with wheat flour tortillas. not far for us . Who can’t have a burrito.

I usually give Rudy’s a 5 but on Mothers Day their tacos were very overcooked. Next time I will send them back. The tacos at the Buellton restaurant are so much better.
