Very poor customer service. They just look at you when you ask a question and apparently don't want you there. I have no intention of ever going back!

The pizza is really good. It's not too greasy. Dough is good , not too much sauce. The reason they got 3 stars cause we ordered an Italian sandwich and it was horrible, just a few slices of meat, you couldn't even see unless you opened the sandwich up. Was very disappointed in it, and they charge a lot for it, like you're going to sub shop. Wings are good.

Great place to chill. low key they have a fresh salad bar and some arcade games to keep the kids busy. TV available. Can't go wrong with the rustys sub!

Such a gem! Our family stopped here for dinner on our way up the coast. Ordered a Rusty's Special and it was by far the best pizza I've had in awhile. Very relaxed atmosphere and a fun selection of classic arcade games for our kiddo.

As tourists it's hard to know where to stop for a bite. Relied on Google and stopped by this pizza place. It looked quaint on the outside, but upon going in it looked like a takeout joint. They said we could eat in so ordered and sat down. Service left a lot to be desired. Pizza was ok but not good enough to ever go back. Oh well.

Guys, who doesn't love Rusty's pizza. I love it, we take the drive from Ventura county to carp, since that is the closest to us. The only thing I can say is "WOW" boy do I miss Rust'ys out here in VC. The ingredients are fenomenal, the quality of the product is awesome, it's cooked just right... We love their pan crust, is just right not to think not to thin just right. There, extra crispy hot wings are delicious. You need to come and see for yourself. When ever your in SB country you should try it. Happy eats make your food souls happy and God bless.

The salads are also impressive—crisp, fresh, and generously portioned. However, I've noticed that the quick lunch prices have been steadily increasing, which is a bit disappointing. Additionally, the service can be hit or miss; sometimes it's prompt and friendly, but other times it's slower than expected. Despite these minor issues, Rusty's remains a solid choice for a satisfying meal.
