I love Subway, but 50% of the time i went there my meat was really really bad and made me want to throw up, The cookie are still very good tho (It was the meat of the italian hotshot)

This store is terrible with communication. I ordered $25 worth of cookies to this location by mistake since I work by there and get food for my lunch but live 30 minutes away. I called and called right after I placed the order to cancel and no answer. I kept calling for over 15 minutes and nothing. Just spent $25 for something I’m not going to pick up because it would mean driving 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back for cookies

Are you joking? 15 minutes ago I was here with my wife and the young man with the name Raul on his shirt was working like crazy attending to orders and the customers who arrived at the establishment. He looked frustrated and exhausted, how is it possible that you don't have enough staff? $20 per hour of work? They are exploiting the working class. This is America and we do not show tolerance for this type of treatment of the working class. As a city of Carpinteria we will speak before the corresponding facilities. We are totally moved. In addition, he said that as a company they eliminated the tips that, like every employee by right, must enjoy that benefit.

Found worms in the cucumbers last month and reported it corporate they acknowledge my complaint and that was it. So I walked into store again so I could post what I found if Subway has done nothinggggggg

9/8/23 7pm The worst customer service I have encountered at any subway. Male employee had to be asked 3 times to toast the bun, hostile, unfriendly and almost glaring. Did not fill my partner's order at all, and when brought to his attention did not apologize or offer to make 2nd order so we left with only one sandwich instead of 2. Will never go back to this particular subway.

Sorry looking sandwich prepared by sorry looking hardy spaniard woman who Just hissed disgust and annoyance while working and dont take no pride in their work let alone their bleak (sorry) life. And when she called the manager supposedly at home fiasta…i just returned the cold sandwich and got my money back. Ill mannered d place this Carpentaria is at times. Same goes for real estate companies like Murphy King and Lynx.
