I'll stick to Ono's. The garlic chicken was super salty. The macaroni salad was nasty. I asked them for teriyaki sauce & I didn't even get that.

The Hawaiian bbq place that was there before was really good been going there for years . Great place ! But this new replacement knock off is totally disgusting 100% taste nothing like the original. Two thumbs down ! I can't be the only person that feels like this ..?

terrible terrible terrible....... 1st off, i ordered 3 teri beef & shrimp, 1 teri pork & shrimp and 1 chk katsu. i gotta say that ive never ever went to a place and the food was literally spoiled!!!! my teri pork was fricken spoiled, sour, no good!!! also all the mac salads were also spoiled.... its not even about how the food tastes, cause it smelled kinda funny at first, then when i tasted it i knew right away and threw up all in the plate... i called tbem to inform them and all they said was "oh... sorry.. you can get a free plate (next time) you come here.." are u frickin serious??? why would i ever come back?????? never in my life have i ever encountered this crap. you guys no shame????? or just plain stupid.. better hope i no get sick..

I gave this new place 2 try's and unfortunately I was disappointed both times. Both me and my family members live local and we really miss the food with the previous owners . The food all around was better before.

My family and I came to try this spot out for the first time. The original Hawaiian spot that was here before was THE BEST! We were sad that they closed. But you were able to tell a huge difference in the food. They are pretty pricey for such a little amount of food. The chicken was thin and the katsu sauce was not it. They need to get the recipes from the Aloha Hawaiian grill bc they were the best smh!!

First off, the vibe of the restaurant is very cool and cozy. I've been here a few times...which was really nice. But now we ordered Hawaiian dishes for takeout! So piping hot, fresh and delicious!!!
In my honest opinion this place is shitty. The previous owner before anytime was doing it right. Now this place here is awful portion so damn small n chicken alone is like one breast cut up in half chopped up. Chicken has no flavor what so ever n on top of that why tf u give chicken katsu burnt the fuk up with barbecue sauce? SmfuH. For the price of $13 to $14 bucks i would expect the food portion to be right. Its like a meal for my 12 year old and not for me. The pic will explain itself. I'm never goin back there ever again.

Review during COVID-19: This restaurant is awesome! We called in a takeout order for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Pick up was fast as there was no line. The staff was very friendly and our food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the macaroni salad (it is the best I've ever had). Our family would recommend trying the Kalua pork (see picture), Chicken Katsu, and the spam musubi. I'm looking forward to coming back here again.

I didn't visit it before it changed management so I can't speak to the "before" aspect (parking can be tough as it shares space with Walmart). However, I just tried it a few days ago and while it took a few minutes to get my food (it's cooked fresh to order) it was delicious. Next time I will call my order in ahead of time I think. The chicken was deliciously flavored and cooked just right. It was served with two scoops of rice and mac salad. I am not a rice eater so I would love to see a few other options but I think it's just a matter of asking. The guy up front was super friendly. I'd go back here again hands down.
