I stopped by last minute to purchase an icecream cake for my cousins birthday and Jordan was super patient and helpful when it came to picking out a cute cake perfect for her. Then the other girly working with him was kind enough to write a special birthday message on her cake for me. I will one hundred percent be back they gave world class customer service :)

We stopped by Baskin-Robbins while the store is still under construction and had a great experience. Jorge provided excellent customer service with such a positive attitude! He’s very friendly, welcoming, and truly a people person. Even with the construction going on, he made our visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back to this location once everything is finished.

The workers are great and the store isn’t bad. It’s the owner. The owner is rude and not a good person. Why are you open on Christmas all day??? You may not cleverest the holiday but your workers may do and should enjoy the holiday. I feel bad for them

Premade ice creams are always taste good at Baskin Robbins.However, the second time I stopped at this location to order a large original cappuccino blast, it tasted terrible, some ingredient was missing...The person was making it didn't make it right.I am not stopping at this place again.We have been drinking original cappuccino blast for years.This place ruined it for us.

Were the staff more friendly and customer-oriented I would have given it a 5 Star, but no. We went there on Veterans weekend and there were five of us. The girl was talking on her phone as if we didn’t exist at all. Upon calling her she gave us these weird look. I have two teenage sons and had promised them movies afterwards. There were with their friends but the young girl behind the counter has no concept about the time!!!!! The ice cream ? however is delicious.

This is the best basking Robbins we have been with my family. Clean, organized, and the best thing is the good customer service. The three guys that were there on 12/17/21. At 6:53. One was washing,the other one helping us ,and the other one organizing the things in the store. Good employees. The owner should feel proud of this three kids?
It was pretty good. The only this was I walked in and the young lady didn't help me at all. (She was a Latino girl) then the other worker (a African American male) came from the back and was the most helpful person I have ever seen. He greeted me and my son and helped me make my suggestions it was my birthday so it was really good.
