Found out about this spot recently on I.G & went for my first time today. Ben was welcoming & had me sample all his ice cream / sorbet creations! I was sold on Ube & Green tea, but all the flavors were on point. Will be back to try them all ?

Super yummy ice cream! The owner and employee are really friendly and generous with the ice cream scoops. I loved the ube and grasshopper pie (mint choc with oreos) with the almond brittle crumbs (for only an additional $1)!

Came in exactly at closing time and we thought we wouldn't be able to try it but the owner rushed outside and welcomed us in! Super nice and friendly. Filipino-fusion ice cream shop that's a hole in the wall! The mango Sorbet tasted like mango float cake! definitely will come back and recommend to friends and families to try. Thanks again!

Being a fan of Filipino flavored ice cream; I've had Ben Scoops on my list of items to try for awhile now. Ben Scoops in Carson, CA is the only Southern California location that serves Mitchell's Ice Cream from San Francisco!. Mitchell's Ice Cream was the first to introduce mango and other Filipino flavors to the Bay Area back in the 60s. Some of the flavors that were available the day we went were Mango, Toasted Almond, Ube, Macapuno, Pistachio and Halo Halo.I chose to get the Toasted Almond along with Ube on a waffle cone. Single scoops up to 2 flavors is $6.50 and a waffle cone is an extra 75 cents. They also have double scoops ($7.50) and triple scoops ($10.50) available. One can also milkshakes ($8.50), pints ($12.50-$13.50) , quarts ($16.50-$17.50) and 1/2 gallons ($21.50) of ice cream. ⁣Ben Scoops ice cream made for the perfect sweet treat. Their ice cream was so creamy and very flavorful. I really enjoyed both the Toasted Almond and Ube ice cream. They also give a lot for the scoops and so it was definitely one fulfilling treat as well. One side to note here is that they do charge extra for credit cards; so make sure to bring cash if you don't want to incur an extra fee.I will definitely be back with some cash and am excited to try more of their ice cream flavors. I've got my eye on the popular mango! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

I've been coming here for a few months now and every flavor i've had has been absolutely delicious, especially with the almond brittle (don't forget it!!). The owner is really nice and really enthusiastic about every flavor. I definitely recommend grasshoppers pie and their unique coconut flavor.

WAY BETTER THAN WANDERLUST! If you're in the area, give this place a try! Their Halo-Halo ice cream taste like the real thing. The flavors are clean and pronounced, it is the best version I've had since the Magnoilia brand. I also sampled their mango, cherry, macapuno and ube. All delicious! I enjoyed the strong flavors and creaminess. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable during our visit. The place was clean and fairly spacious. There is plenty of parking and other eateries around the area. I'm definitely coming back and telling all my friends!P.S. They also scoop out their pints to order.

Great hole in the wall place to get your ice cream fixing! I was looking for some dessert after kbbq dinner, and this shop popped up. It's 5 stars for a reason! They have quality ice cream, a great variety of flavors and the owner was super nice and accommodating! I tried a few flavors, including macapuno (coconut), espresso toffee chip and green tea. They were all so good! Full of real flavor and ingredients like coconut pulp, espresso beans, and real matcha flavor. I ended up choosing coconut and green tea in a single scoop. For anyone looking for the place, pull into the parking lot and you'll find the shop tucked in the far back center of the shopping plaza, in between the two pillars. They also have a sign attached to the pillar, so if you see the sign, go on in. I think because the shop is so new and tucked away, they don't have a lot of foot traffic. I hope more people find this place, because it really is a great mom & pop type vibe with really good ice cream. They really do deserve community support!

Seriously some good ice cream! My kids got both Oreos, I got the calamansi and passion fruit sorbets and my husband got the mango sorbet with chamoy. Not only were the ice creams good, we had a good conversation with the owner! He was super sweet and just very welcoming having us try all the flavors! We'll definitely come back! Thank you for the great service & ice cream!

A heads up, this shop is sorta hidden at the plaza it's in, so keep your eyes peeled! The interior of the shop is very cutesy, you'll find cute little Filipino figurines and their supercool purple background for the potential ice cream photo op-- Ben, the shop owner happened to be serving us one day and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to :) We got to sample many of the ice cream flavors and it was difficult to decide which one to get because each flavor was so delicious! I personally LOVE the mango flavor, it definitely hits home. There's something about the Philippine mango that taste different (in the best way) and the way Ben made it, I'd say he definitely got it down when it came to the flavor! This is definitely my new favorite ice cream shop, I definitely see myself back here with more people in the near future!
