I love this place. I got their Vietnamese cloud iced coffee, and I thought it was way better than Lee's Sandwiches. It's strong and not crazy sweet. I can still enjoy the delicious coffee taste.
And their donuts are delicious. I am very picky about donuts but theirs don't taste oily and are always moist. I'm a big fan.

Got a Vietnamese cloud coffee which was ok. I think the iced coffee at lees sandwiches is better. The glazed donut was yummy, big and fluffy. If you get there when it’s busy, parking sucks as there is little parking spots to begin with.

Came in looking for a ham and cheese croissant and was pleasantly surprised! The drink menu is super unique for a donut shop so I had to try it. I got a ham, egg & cheese croissant, a sugar donut, a cinnamon donut, plus the sesame matcha and tiramisu matcha. The croissant sandwich was delicious with melty cheese, the sugar donut was light, fluffy, and fresh, and both matcha drinks were really good and different. Definitely worth coming back!

What is it with the bad reviews. It's a donut shop. I pick up donuts there because it's on my way to work. If I get there late afternoon, my choices are limited. My crew at work says it's the best they've had. Better than Winchell or Krispy. The 2 dozen are usually gone by mid shift. Even the guys that don't eat donuts, have one. These donuts are good.

If I could give a negative 1, I would. The lady here is so rude. I don't know why I ever went to this place in the past. I will never be back again, nor will I ever recommend them. That lady is rude and doesn't care if she gets business or not. They're never getting 1 cent more from me.
