I stopped in tonight I got the big turkey burger it was disgusting no flavor it was smaller than I’ve had in the past The fries were under cooked and tasted like grease. I’m never going back here My husband got the chicken burger also disgusting. We spent $29.00 on food we didn’t eat thats how horrible it was. I normally cook but I was tired. Never ever ever coming back!!!

Tried charging $5 extra just because I wanted the chili on the side instead of on my fries. I didn’t want an extra amount of chili, just the same small amount but not put on the fries. Louis and Tams burger would never do that. They also over cooked my friend’s burger patty last week, which is why I didn’t bother ordering the burgers. She said it was like eating a rock.

I want to start off by saying I have been going to Big Burger for many, many, many, many years. I usually get the turkey burger combo and it is to die for. I have gotten the pastrami before and it was very good. But I just got one and it was not up to par. Whoever cooked the pastrami chopped up the pastrami into little pieces. It looks like it's bacon bits that belong on a salad. It was hard and crispy. I will continue to go to Big Burger for the turkey burger but I will not get the pastrami again.
