I want to start off by saying I have been going to Big Burger for many, many, many, many years. I usually get the turkey burger combo and it is to die for. I have gotten the pastrami before and it was very good. But I just got one and it was not up to par. Whoever cooked the pastrami chopped up the pastrami into little pieces. It looks like it's bacon bits that belong on a salad. It was hard and crispy. I will continue to go to Big Burger for the turkey burger but I will...

First, I tried calling in my order, they hung up on me. I was in the area, so I showed up and ordered dinner. The colossal burger was 3 ⭐, the onion rings were 9 ? . Staff was lack luster at best.
