This is my go to boba spot. I love the buy two drinks get a tea for a 1.50. Definitely recommend!

Came in during my lunch break on a completely empty Wednesday afternoon. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order, which was a milk tea and fried tofu. After that while wait, the employee still forgot the boba in my drink. Instead of pouring a new cup, she cut off the plastic wrap on top of the drink and poured the boba inside. UM??? I had to ask her for a new lid TWICE because she kept trying to insist I take an open lid drink. I've never had a boba shop hand me a drink without a lid. On top of that, the drink tasted AWFUL. A thoroughly unpleasant experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

l First I want to start off with customer service they assist to you instantly they are very respectful towards customers assist to them fast this place is very known for there drinks smoothies, Shakes , Boba , Ect and there food is also a 10-10 I ready recommend it !!

I ordered 3 crispy squid fried rice, 2 with no vegetables at all. They gave me all 3 with all vegetables haha. Then I told them to change it coz my kiddos wants it plain, they change it without the peas and carrots but with a bunch of green onions still wheew!!! Im not sure how do they classify green onions haha. They offer dine in but my boiling hot soup is on styrofoam and I ended up asking another one coz the styro started to drip since it's melting in the bottom. The food tasted good though on the other hand but not worth it for $71.00...

The workers did not great me when we walked in, and I asked for prices and she just said she didn't know the news prices, she has to enter into the register to see the new prices, so to the owner I highly recommend you print out new menu prices because it is a big change, also when I ordered my food I also ordered a drink but apparently she had prepared my drink right after I ordered but I never knew this, we waited like 40 minutes for our food but I went up to the register and asked if I can have my drink made while I waited ( everything was already paid for) and she just handed it to me, so she had it sit there while I waited those 40 min, so if she prepped it right after I ordered why didn't she have the Courtesy to asked if I wanted my drink, I couldn't believe this, so watered down ice luckily drink was still good, but that was no customer service in my books, me and my daughter just watched every one else get their drink, I just thought we were going to get our drink prepared once our food was done, which most places do!!!! And the food was ok

I have been coming to blenders for years now & they have really good drinks & I love their boba but I hesitate in coming in because most of the employees are really rude for no apparent reason. I've never had this problem before until recently. We always come in with a positive attitude trying to be nice to them but they're just too rude & don't have manners.

My family used to go there weekly. but after that worm post I was over it. tried to give them another chance recently and the vibe is not it. the old lady working there always has a mean attitude. makes you not even want to order. shell give you one packet of soy sauce for a whole plate of fried rice. shell slam your change/card on the counter rather than hand it to you.. the combination fried rice is missing alot of meat these days. smoothie size is not worth all that. I recommend Boba Time if you want some hood boba and service.

I used to come to Blenders all the time in HS. Always had great service & yummy drinks/food but now the service experience has definitely gone down the drain. I can see why they received such a low rating here on Yelp. I ordered 2 drinks, 1 app & 2 entrées to-go. While ordering, the blenders were going off so it was hard to order. This was to be expected. Once we received our order, I noticed that they gave us the wrong bowl. I spoke with the cashier, who instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, replied with a "well, I repeated your order to you" *insert attitude* and attempted to CHARGE me for the CORRECTION. I asked to speak to the mgr & she graciously agreed to make the correct entrée. I felt very uneasy & still wanted to speak directly to the Mgr. I informed her of my experience & the cashier again - disrespectfully spoke back in front of her boss repeating what she said earlier. Because of this, I will no longer purchase from Blenders. The way customers are treated really makes a difference. Such a shame.

8/19/2021 5:30pm.. I am disappointed at their customer service today. I ordered squid balls and pop corn chicken easy spice. The same thing I got the yesterday and it was perfect. When I got it, it was super spicy. My son and I couldn't even tolerate to eat it. I called and spoke with Cynthia (if that's her name, I don't even want to mention anything more since it might be considered bullying) and she said I had to pay half of the price since it was her fault for pressing the mild spice button on the cashier and my fault for not giving her specific instructions when I specifically told her I wanted it easy spice. I told her that I shouldn't pay since it's not my fault and I specifically told her I was just there yesterday and it wasn't as spicy and the one I got today. But she insisted that it was both our faults that I had to pay another $2.50 to get a new one. Now I remember why I stopped coming here.
This is the best place for your smoothies and their BBQ pork fried rice smacks!!! They are very efficient and super friendly. My order is always made just how I like it and I'm never disappointed. My favorite is the Berry Berry slush and the worker there named Analise makes it's the best. She is always nice and friendly to me and other customers. Analise and Tammy are the best duo there. Thank you girls for making it always a great experience. Keep up the good work!! See you soon :)

Food here is always good, I just went today & got black tea with rainbow Jelly. I'm a bit disappointed, It had no ice & it had a weird taste to it. It even showed like the "sugar dust" or some kind of sweetener did not dissolve all the way. My friend got her green tea with Rainbow jelly, tasted good & cold but with the "sugar dust" on the bottom too.
