Didn't even get to try the donuts because I placed an order on the 18th, had it confirmed twice, but about 12 hours before I was supposed to get delivery on the 25th, my order was canceled due to the distance. I understand the issue, but to wait so late to cancel & leave me scrambling for a new catering order with 12 hours to figure it out is extremely frustrating. Won't order from here again.

I'm not a donut fan, but I do have cravings once in a blue moon.Today, I stopped by to get 2 dozens to bring to work. I love that they are open early in the morning. And everything is so fresh at 0500 am. The lady was so nice and cheerful. Since I don't really know what to get, I just asked her to just mix it up, variety.The coworkers thought it was really good and fresh.

Donuts are always fresh when I buy them. Taste is 4 stars. Customer service is trash!! I just left from buying powerball tickets and started to walk out. The lady at the counter was SUPER rude!! My sister told her TWICE she was shortchanged money after winning on lottery tickets. The lady insisted her amount was correct until my sister showed her. She gave no apology, showed no accountability, nothing. Then put the money on the counter. I bought tickets and asked for a half dozen donut holes. The lady gave me the price for a dozen instead. I repeated myself several times before she snatched the card reader and told me the CORRECT price + a $0.65 machine charge. I was out of cash after buying powerball tickets and said hell no to the fee since my donuts were only $1.50. Luckily my sister had cash and paid. Customer service goes a long way!! People kill me how set up shop in an urban neighborhood then treat customers like *ish. I will think twice before giving my hard earned dollar to these people again.

I ordered her because of a special. Upon arrival they are very busy and overwhelmed. It's a husband,wife and son about 13 yrs old. The young boy was making the donut counter. The wife on the grill making sandwiches and croissants, the husband at the register. I show the boy my order and he gets his mom. She says we have no order and just walks away. She goes back to the grill and I give her her minute. After she doesn't come back I say are you not going to help me? So the husband comes over and fills my order! The service here is horrible!!!! I will not be back!!! There are donut shops on every corner!!!!

Really nice donuts! Highly recommend the honey wheat and blue berry cake. And of course the cronut is amazing too. The lady servicing us was soo nice as well and very friendly. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!

Can't thank this place enough. They fulfilled a very last minute request for a giant donut cake and custom donuts for my donut-loving son. My son and his friends loved it. I'm personally little picky about my donuts, and these donuts were delicious! So happy to have found this place. Will definitely come back.

Their donuts and coffee are always fresh and they have amazing fresh juices. I haven't tried their breakfast sandwiches yet but I've been in line while other people were ordering them and they looked delicious.

This little shop was my favorite part of visiting California. What an amazing breakfast sandwich I had and what amazing donuts she makes. They are the most fresh, fluffy and delicious donuts I’ve have ever had. I requested that she trade out my bagel bun on my sandwich into a donut instead and man was the sandwich was out of the world. Also such a sweet and genuine lady behind the counter made the experience all the better. This place will be on my mind until I’m able to visit LA again

Vegan donuts were good, and customer service better! My son has food allergies (egg and dairy) so I called ahead to confirm they had vegan options. I had read other reviews suggesting the donuts weren't vegan. We showed up, there were a few available (I don't expect a huge variety) and they were cake style donuts. My son and I enjoyed them. Woman that helped us was very nice and friendly. Our new spot for vegan donuts!

I used to be a regular customer until one day, a new cashier overcharged me. When I got home, I counted my change and knew something was wrong. When I called, I found out that the woman they were training on the register charged me for a sandwich that I didn't order. They told me to come back for my refund, which I did, but when I got there, one of the owners (the woman) chastised me for not noticing that I was overcharged before I left them the first time. I didn't appreciate her attitude at all. And to think that I had left a tip for them on that purchase too! I wasn't even offered a free donut hole for my troubles. It will be a long time before I return here.
