I'm sorry this time. I have to give you guys a bad report, but the manager tonny reacts fast ,and the waiters jetliner and other one help us a lot .This guy was I. The next table slams his glas drink on the table and splashes us with his glass drink .for us to have glass debris on our food was a lot , I was scared for my son to eat his food ?, but they resolved it in the best way . I hope we could have got a discount on the food we had to throw away because that guy cracked his glass, butBut even tho his age , he handled it, ok

My wife and I ordered online 20 wings and when I went to pick them up I had to wait 52 minutes to receive my order nobody wanted to help me when I first got there for over 10 minutes and when I spoke to the manager she just gave me attitude. I had to wait on her to finish refilling her kids drinks behind the counter before asking. I was treated poorly and will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. My food was cold and the wings looked dried out with barely any sauce

Horrible service!!!! I spoke to Albert the manger , he didn’t do nothing about my tab being wrong. He gave me the run around. Instead of helping me he made me wait until our waiter came back from lunch which was almost 30 min. He basically called me liar and said I wasn’t here when they brought my order out and idk what you ate . On top of that I still got charged for an ordered that didn’t come out as what I ordered even when tried to fix it they still brought it out wrong. On top of it I got charged for gratuity when I ordered for 5 !!!!!!!!! That’s some really bad service !!

This has to be one of the worst BWW I’ve ever been to. Dirty restrooms, dirty beer glasses and the service is horrible. Our waitress I believe her name was Jessica all she would do was just walk around & never came to check on us until the bill came.

The food and service have been getting worse for the past couple of years. Used to be my favorite restaurant to go eat at. Now it’s like I am wasting my money. Really wanted some wings and wanted to give this place one more try.When I called to see if they could make my money the lady said they would just give me a refund. It’s been a month and still don’t have my refund back. Again last week asking for my refund lady took my number and never called back.
