I will go to the next city over to get Carl’s than stop by here. (Avalon & Carson St) Drive thru time took 25 minutes (8:49pm- 9:20pm) to get my order. It got to a point where I knocked on the glass and no one answered. However, when I finally got my food, I made a comment “food must be fresh since it took long”. Cashier nodded “yes”. I asked for bbq and ranch. And there is absolutely not 1 sauce. (How?) I pull to the front entrance to check my order, my fries are NOT even hot and biting into my burger, seems like it was sitting for a while. Very disappointed in the quality of food and wait time.

I have the family discount worker card and this store rejected to apply the coupon to the order as a combo and stated that it needs to all be single items. I've used the card at different carls Jr for combos without a issue.
