I recently went at 12:08 and the shift leader was very rude and unprofessional kept giving orders wrong was being disrespectful to the other person in charge who’s name is Jason and she didn’t want to take my order forced me to order through the app I waited 30 minutes for my food and it was cold and nasty had to go back since she forgot to give me all my food honestly don’t recommend going there when this person is there definitely going to need the district manager to give me a call very very very bad experience

This place is a joke. I am allergic to red meat so I usually substitute the beef and bacon for grilled chicken on the Diablo burger. However, this place wanted to charge me $14.00 just for a chicken Diablo burger, not a combo just a burger! I drive from coast to coast and have never had any issues with any of the other restaurants charging me double for taking off two meat products and adding one? I definitely won’t be back and no, I didn’t pay them outrageous prices!!

I live approximately 3 hours away from this particular establishment but have stopped by twice in the last 2 months as it’s near a place I do a pick up for work.
The manager is friendly, talkative & has a great attitude welcoming customers as they arrive & thanking/saying goodbye to them as they leave. They are also an Amazon Pickup location as well having a locker located inside.

Never eaten at this Carl's Jr. but I was in the area for lunch. I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger. The burger was warm with the right amount of barbecue sauce. However, the onion rings were hard as a rock, and so was the bacon. The fries were soggy, a little cold, and all small scrap pieces. I was surprised for lunchtime. Anyhow, the employees were very nice and fast. But I probably will not bo back.

It's gotten expensive! At least the food is made fresh and it's what you expect from Carl's Jr. but the prices of combos has gone up! May have to go elsewhere from now on.
Blue Baller is very good, the food is also excellent and very clean. 100% recommended.

AI ordering in the drive through is dumb... Never gets it right! What is the point then? Avoid this location till they figure it out. Respond to owner. It not that you did not meet my expectations in your push to ai to not pay people! What's was your gross profit? How much of your gross profit takes a hit from another body? 24k? Or even a part-time? If a system gives more errors than a human then it is not a viable alternative. Your only driver is money at that point not customer satisfaction that drives the profits and repeat visitors. I live down the street and go to the other Carl's about a mile away do the service and pricing from this location. You have driven me away a few times and I can't be the only one who feels this way.

I’ve recently placed order. It has been some time since I last placed an order at Carls Jr, as I reside in close proximity to the establishment. I recall that on previous occasions, the meat appeared dry and stale. However I have recently noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the food, with the meat now being juicy, hot, and flavorful. It appears that the meals are now prepared freshly upon ordering, rather than being left to sit.. Great ? change. Keep it up… FYI my last order was more then a year or two
