The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
them steaks are pretty good, i recommend this place. The chicken California cheesesteak is pretty good
TERRIBLE ‼️ Charlie's in an effort to save money no longer uses the red seasoning salt (per Countryside mall inside location). They are now only using generic salt and pepper, which takes away the original Phillies cheesesteak that we have all grown to love and enjoy. Prices have been raised and yet quality and taste have gone down. To further prove they no longer care about offering good service, when you call their corporate office number you get voicemail upon voicemail upon voicemail. No one EVER picks up‼️ I can no longer recommend this place nor will I ever be going again. They have lost a 20 year customer that has been going to Charlie's on a monthly basis. TERRIBLE 💔🤮😢

This place is a fraud. I ordered on their app back in February. Went to pick up at store and it was closing. Why would you still accept online orders if you are closing ??? Corporate knows about this situation yet they still have not refunded my money and now do not even answer my emails back and now we are in May. Why would I support a company who treats their customers that way. Piss poor customer service.
Ate at the Aurora, CO location in Southlands on the 23rd of April. Half way through my sandwich I bit into something hard. It was a piece of sky blue plastic that appears to have been chopped up into my chicken Philly meat. Has numbers on it. Tried to reach out to corporate, was given an auto reply message to give them three business days to respond. Today is 5/4/25 and I have heard absolutely NOTHING back.

I ordered delivery from them. After waiting almost an hour and a half, they canceled my order. They did not refund me my payment. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me. I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company.
Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.
Don’t come to this place I got the worst food poisoning. Made me miss out on a special event Worse service ever super slow and not professional at all. I’m super sick at the moment don’t recommend this place at all!

I walk into the store and ask for large ultimate fries and large strawberry lemonade I always ask for the beef on the side as I paid extra for it on this occasion he said he had to ask his manager who is the same person who made it for me the last time and charges me for the meat she said she cannot do that to him so I said but why you did it the last time so I ask him to speak with her and she refuses to so when I ask him for her name she said she cannot give me her name so I said to the guy what your name and what your manager name he said he cannot do that either well I get my order and he did not give me the recipe which I had to ask for what rude customer service and I paid for a large fries and got a small. the manager was rude, refusing to talk with me as I have done this at every Charley's I have been to and always got charged for the meat. well the Charley Philly #02380 Wal-Mart S loop 288 need to learn how to handle customers issue and she as a manager need training and to train her associate on customer service. and to make it worst employee Hannah c name is on the recipe and it a man of Indian heritage who took my order so Charley's fix your manager in store on how to deal with customer problems.
