Food always varies. Some days the beans are under cooked, some days the rice, some days the chorizo is over cooked, every day the chips are stale. It's got to be the cook. So far the one on Figueroa and Torrance never disappoints.

The cook relies heavily on a microwave. Hides it with the to go boxes. When I heard the microwave door shut I almost walked up to the cashier to get a refund since I paid $15 for food to get microwaved. The green sauce didn’t even look green on the enchiladas :/ never again and the chips were hard to eat. Stick to locally/family owned Mexican restaurants.
