The to-go lady never apologized for making me wait long and was incredibly rude. Idk why at this location she was forcing me to lend me my phone number but at other locations it’s optional. I was gonna wait right there anyways . I got upset since she was forcing me and then she randomly asked me if I was okay? I mean I was until when she gave me the worst hospitable service. I had to immediately walk out of disappointment. She needs to be disciplined and have a better attitude. I think she was also being a racist (She was African American). Never thought I would have the worst experience at Chili’s

Rude service from takeout window and missing items
This place is always busy but it’s worth the wait. The service is always great. Servers smiling and very attentive, and the food is always cooked right and very delicious. The atmosphere here is always a good one and if you like sports, well they are always on! I recommend the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers!!!

Do not waste your time, energy or money. Chili’s in general used to be really good. Not anymore. At least not the one in Carson on Avalon and Dominguez. Messed up our order. We were nice about it. Even thought it was a to go order and it was already 45mins late being made. We got an attitude back. The common theme here is that the cooks don’t care about their jobs and serve slop most of the time (not all, but that’s what we got). And the managers are ghetto af (I said what I said because it was what it was) and they don’t care whether they embarrass themselves or the establishment. It’s crazy to me that Chili’s would hire these people to run their business and after all these reviews, continue to have them on. Clear the board and start over… because bankruptcy is closing in with these type of employees treating your customers this way. My husband and I work hard for our money and there are plenty of places that provide GOOD quality food and GOOD service that we can give our money to. We will not be going back to this chilies or any other chili’s ever.
