Child's plate mac n cheese is dry as the Sahara Dessert... and they dont have extra sauce for it!

All four stars go to the gentleman behind the bar—I didn’t catch his name (and I’m mad about that!) but he was absolutely amazing.
I honestly don’t get why this location has such low ratings unless people have had truly bad service. At the end of the day, it’s a standard Chili’s. Are you expecting Arthur J? Morton’s Steakhouse? It’s Chili’s. It’s supposed to be chain-restaurant quality—fast, casual, and consistent.
I had the Smash Burger to go and an Old Fashioned while I waited. Both were exactly what I expected: simple, solid, no complaints. In and out, and with service like his, I’d come back again.
