I’ve been coming to this Chinese fast food restaurant with my family since I was a kid. Now that I’m grown, I bring my own kids here it’s always been one of our go-to spots because of the good food and generous portions.
But ever since the owner’s kids started getting involved in the business, everything has changed and not for the better. Prices shot up, portions got smaller, and now a two-item plate costs $16! That’s way too high for what you get.
What’s even worse is that one of the employees told us the price increase isn’t just about food costs it’s to cover the cost of their new LED screen menus and upgrades. Meanwhile, other Chinese food spots in the area are still offering great food and big portions for around $10, so there’s really no excuse.
A lot of us locals are disappointed and have decided to boycott this place until they bring prices and portions back to what they used to be. We’ve already found a new favorite just 1.5 miles away on Avalon and Anaheim, where the food and service are still great and affordable.
I hope the owners read this and listen to their longtime customers. We supported this place for years, but if things don’t change, you’re going to lose the community that built your business in the first place.

UPDATE****
Its $16 now.
I've always enjoyed the food here it's fresh and flavorful. As a loyal customer, it's disappointing to see the portions shrink while the price has gone up. I ordered a 2 item plate and paid $15.60, which feels too high for Fast Food Chinese and for what was served. I’ve supported this place for a while, but it’s hard to justify coming back under these conditions. I hope they listen to their regulars and find a better balance.

I am not sure if these 5 star reviews are fake but this food was not as great as its being described. The Orange chicken had no favor and it was hard. The chow mein was more like chopped noodles and the rice was okay. Best thing they had was the Beef Broccoli and the friendly lady who served me. First and last time coming here.

Not very good ,the food was under heat lamp too long,BBQ pork hard as a wall nut.
Foods great and big portions
They give you huge portions and the rice is so tasty, also love their teryaki chicken, they are always really nice, hard to find that from a fast food place.

Best steam table Chinese I've ever had. The only lady behind the counter was efficient with the line that was in there.
Bbq pork was tender and delicious, grab some hot mustard. The orange chicken is something we don't usually order but was great here, still crunchy. Egg foo young was made fresh to order and surprisingly wonderful, airy and the best use of water chestnuts I've seen. The lady even chopped it up for us with a huge cleaver so it was easier to eat. The fried rice has chunks of bbq pork and egg and the chow mein had chicken and egg. They have both Sriracha and chili oil. It was enough food for two plus leftovers
It's been open for forty years and is inside a cute, kitchy building. Parking lot is tiny and one way, enter from KFC around the corner
