Chow Fun Restaurant serves delicious Filipino dishes, and I really enjoyed their Halo-halo. They also have other great desserts like buko pandan and more. A nice spot to satisfy Filipino food cravings!

Small, mom and pop place, but food is authentic. A bit on the pricy side but good quality. Lumpia was a bit burned so hopefully next cater order will be better.

They always said to call ahead of time for orders, but when you call, no one answers and the mailbox is full.

I thought it was Chinese food looking quickly through the pictures then when i got in there i relized there was no fried rice and i saw sausage links so i knew something was different but i continued to continued to order anyway when i said i want the noodles she said $3 extra ive never heared the cheapest thing on the menu being up sold but i figured it had to be more to the story. The food turned out to be some of the best near harbor city most places lack flavor around here the noodles are not good even without the $3 upsale i would not get it again but i will definitely be going back. egg rolls are fire. I just dont think the only vegetarian item should sit on not only meat and fish but pork and fish

Tastes great. Got Togo and they even wrap the Togo in plastic so it doesn't spill in your car! First time seeing this, all places need to follow. They take card.

On 7/27/23, I ordered 1/2 tray miki bihon for 42$. I pick up my order at around 540pm. The pansit looks delicious but to my dismay the miki bihon is flavorless, so bland. The meat, shrimp, fish balls and noodles were flavorless, I think the cook just forgot to add the flavorings. I called them on the same day but they were already closed so i called them again the following day. They were willing to replace the pansit with 1/4tray only and not 1/2 tray. I brought some of the miki bihon to work so my coworkers could taste the pansit. Their reaction were the same, its so bland, and flavorless. I lost my trust on the cook so i decided not to go back and pick up the replacement pansit. I am not going to order food here anymore.

All their dish are exceptionally delicious.
I always get confused on what size Lumpia to order for four . Get the fifty for $22 seventy five for $32. Not for me.
love their lumpia ? absolutely the best in town!!!!
The staff was nice & helpful. The food was tasty. But a large cockaroach ran out and underneath out table as we were eating. No help from the staff. Everyone just froze and acted like they didn't notice. It was huge! And unacceptable in a food establishment! No one assisted us or asked if anything was wrong. It got real quiet and staff just acted like they didn't notice. Completely unacceptable in a food establishment to have large roaches in the dining area! Running over customer's shoes and underneath tables, in broad daylight! I left stunned immediately and couldn't finish my meal. Horrible and unacceptable. I will never go back!!
I pre ordered lumpia shanghai as takeout. The line for takeout should be different from their lunch time crowd
