Thomas, the manager at Chuck E. Cheese, went above and beyond to make our visit special! He was attentive, friendly, and truly cared about making sure the kids had a great time. You can tell he takes pride in his work—everything was clean, organized, and running smoothly. He even took the time to check in with guests personally, which really stood out. Excellent leadership and customer service. Thank you, Thomas, for making our day memorable!! He deserves a promotion or a raise!!!

Had a birthday party here for my 4 year old. The pizza and the food in general is really good. Salad bar is fresh. Recommend.

It's fun for the kids. It can also be a bit hectic yes. But the workers here today did great. They handled a busy day so good and helped make our goddaughter birthday fun. She and all the kids enjoyed themselves. All the workers today hustled.

This place has changed a lot since my kids were little. Took my Granddaughter today for an outing. First, the Service was great and much better than I remember from years ago. There was one customer who lost her 💩 on an Autistic kid and thankfully the Manager sent her and her bad ass kids packing. For the Trampoline, a $40 Card to play Games and the smallest Pizza I've ever seen (Her words too) with an Apple Juice was $59. All in all she had a great time. One of the things I really appreciated was I asked one of the female employees to check the bathroom for me to make sure no one was in there. She did so happily and also stood by the door so no one could go in. I appreciated that more than anything in the $60 at that point seemed like nothing. Another thing I like is that I was able to do shopping for her at Ross which was right next door as well as bring a pizza home to her mom in little brother as Pieology was also right next door. All in all she had a blast today and I did as well just hanging out with the grand. Will I go again I'd be lying if I said no because if she wants to go we're headed there lol.

Horrible experience for my God daughter birthday we scheduled from 530 to 730 . When we arrived we put in the order for the pizzas since the party guest weren't there yet .we arrived at five and ordered we didn't get our pizzas till 7 . They did not sing to her we had to ask for our game card and didn't received them till six because . My guess arrived no pizza my guest left and we still missed a pizza we left unsatisfied and will never return to any of these locations. Save your money or go to John's incredible down the street

8 of us came here two days in a row since we had the time and the kids needed to burn energy. I actually like this location over the north Torrance one due to size.
Upon opening, we ordered a pizza but they had already ran out of French Fries so I opted to order boneless wings for the kids. The kids really enjoyed the chicken pizza.
The boneless wings were highway robbery. It was really unfair and unethical that I was served this for almost $20. I can't believe that the location would be ok with providing food and this abysmal level in exchange for money. I don't like to bash businesses but just the wings alone really ruined my experience at this location. I get there's a premium for food but this crossed a line.
The cashier woman on both days was so welcoming and kind. I enjoyed seeing her two days in a row. The food staff could care less about how poor the wings were. They were charred and I had to ask him which flavor of wings were which (I had ordered two flavors and they were sitting in the same basket). But the poor food experience was really disappointing and was a damper on the end experience.
