Horrible experience for my God daughter birthday we scheduled from 530 to 730 . When we arrived we put in the order for the pizzas since the party guest weren't there yet .we arrived at five and ordered we didn't get our pizzas till 7 . They did not sing to her we had to ask for our game card and didn't received them till six because . My guess arrived no pizza my guest left and we still missed a pizza we left unsatisfied and will never return to any of these locations. Save your money or go to John's incredible down the street

8 of us came here two days in a row since we had the time and the kids needed to burn energy. I actually like this location over the north Torrance one due to size.

Upon opening, we ordered a pizza but they had already ran out of French Fries so I opted to order boneless wings for the kids. The kids really enjoyed the chicken pizza.

The boneless wings were highway robbery. It was really unfair and unethical that I was served this for almost $20. I can't believe that the location would be ok with providing food and this abysmal level in exchange for money. I don't like to bash businesses but just the wings alone really ruined my experience at this location. I get there's a premium for food but this crossed a line.

The cashier woman on both days was so welcoming and kind. I enjoyed seeing her two days in a row. The food staff could care less about how poor the wings were. They were charred and I had to ask him which flavor of wings were which (I had ordered two flavors and they were sitting in the same basket). But the poor food experience was really disappointing and was a damper on the end experience.

Today I took my son who uses a walker due to his disability. I spoke with senior manager Norie Garcia if I where to pay for my four-year-old to go into the trampoline area can I go in to help assist my son because obviously he needs help and he told me NO there is a height requirement and because I am an adult, I cannot go in and if I wanted my son to go into the trampoline area. I’d have to find a minor, who is under height requirement to go in with him. Today’s visit was so discouraging and disgusted in how the senior manager handle the situation.

I first would like to give all the kudos and flowers to Chuck E. Cheese employee Thomas. He was the only employee who gladly did his job and interacted with us parents and our children with patience and grace. Every time I needed something, he was there..at the front register for helping with E-tokens, the prize counter, and in the back where the kitchen serves the guests. He was literally all over the place. When my food was ready, I went to the counter, a female employee, who looked miserable, looked at me, didn't greet me, then walked out of view, and that's when Thomas stepped in and handled it all. When paying for my order, the manager did not honor the coupons my child's school gave us to use there, which expired in December 2024. I'm not sure why..he didnt give a proper explanation on why he wouldn't honor the unexpired coupons. I told him I didn't mind calling the corporate office to get it situated. My question to all the young employees..why on earth would you apply to and work for a company that caters to children and their parents, if you don't have that magic in your heart to make their experience special. Thomas has a heart of gold, and not only did his job, but went above and beyond and deserves recognition from the administrative staff. Good luck with whatever path you take, Thomas. We appreciate you!
